I have been to Barbeque Nation on every occasion however i was checking another options where we can go & get another ambience & taste. This was my first time (16th sep21) as it was my wifes birthday so we planned to go to pirates of Grill. We entered & saw good crowd. i felt happy to see crowd because of their reviews. First thing they will not check the temperature nor sanitize your hands. We carried our own Santizier so didnt bother to tell them. To be very honest i was not satisfied their Service at all. Service was completely pathetic . We were literally asking them to serve food & i was feeling that i have done big mistake to choose. I was telling them to assign someone to serve food because i was not feeling good to shout on them. When we checking the maincourse & 2 items were empty & small insects were there near Salad side.Sorry PIRATES OF GRILL...you lost 1 customer & i will tell to my friends not to go there in future.For food i will give out of 5 =2.5For service out of 5 = 1I mean when they i asked them to serve Roti then we waited atleast 15 min & i was seeing their face when will they provide. PATHETIC SERVICE.Barbeque Nation is out of of 5 =5 . I love to go there next time.

Place is as Good as other similar restaurants but in order to create maximum seating capacity they have created a conjustion. This leads to too much noise of large no. Of people dining in closed environment. Lighting is also dim ultimately ending you giving a severe headache.Worst part is poor service. Too many guests n limited staff trying to serve in most unorganized way. Everyone is serving everyone as a result nobody get served. Waiting time for every request is too long with many reminders to multiple people.Also staff is not well trained. Overall the concept of customer delight is totally missing even after charging premium rates. If you are a loud person yourself n good at pushing your way around maybe you can get through otherwise you will be ignored to the best possible.I am not going back.

Taste is too awesome from barbeque but service is not good. Very slow service and they charge for kids(above 5) and limited dishes only. Please try main course i loved it...specially DAL MAKHNI N RICE... Make sure book table before going.

Food and ambience was good. Liked the starters a lot especially paneer tikka, grilled pineapple and grilled watermelon. The main course could be a bit better though, especially the typical north indian food can be improved in taste. Rest everything was spot on.

If you compare Pirates of Grill with Barbeque Nation the BBN wins in terms of more food variety and presentation. I visited BBN very recently and in my experience the Pirates of Grill is more costly and not worth of what they are charging. In terms of Value for money and overall experience, I think Barbaeque Nation leads.Pirates of Grill can be opted if Barbeque Nation is sold out and you dont want to spoil your date. My Rating 6/10.

I feel the service could get better. The table attendents are not keen on serving. I hope they improve that soon.

I ordered a veg 3 course meal it was supposed to be veg , and i am a vegetarian Still they delivered non veg biryani with the box written subs biryani on it ,I have never touched non veg even and navratri going on it’s really irresponsible behavior ,very disappointed.I have pictures for proof .

Less Verity of dishes,High cost,No Live counters,No quick services on table,No Hand washing facility inside the room,Some chicken dishes are very tasty,Mamos is very special but the sause is not much tasty.Beer is very costly.No complementary drinks available.

In these times of Covid, this place has maintained its share of proper hygiene and sanitation without compromise on the quality and experience. We visited this place in the afternoon for lunch. The cutlery provided to us were in sealed envelopes and we were also asked to keep our masks inside an envelope before proceeding to eat. We were having non vegetarian option. The starters were served on the table on the live grill. The grill temperature was perfect unlike some other places that we visited where we were steaming near the grill. Some special items other than the grill such as dimsums, chicken leg piece, fish fingers were served additionally and were delicious. Starters were a good deal. For the main course, due to the social distancing measures we were served on our tables from the menu without any issues. Same was the case with deserts, the food was tasty, least waiting time on ordering anything. The staff was cordial and welcoming. The ordering experience was hassle free. Wet and dry tissues were provided. The staff was sanitised and their temperatures were mentioned on their badges. The tables were spaciously distributed and social distancing maintained. Overall a very good and safe dining experience with comfort. Have tried the competitors but this stood above the mark. Must try. Good one.

Ridiculous place full of flies. No distancing, tables were bumping into other. One of the waiters was literally putting the fly catcher into the plates to catch flies eating food. To add, cockroach also accompanied its flying partners. As compensation they did gave some discount but that doesnt fix the horrible experience.

Not bad a menu to be honest. The spread for salad and main course for such large gathering may be a tad or two dishes less , but the grill bits really make you quite full and for sure, they have an exceptional way to handle your appetite. Glad that BN now has a good competition 🙂

Awesome food, AWESOME. the waiters were good and starters were fast. Not one particular dish that was slightly less than perfection. I highly recommend the corn and the fried fish. Would GLADLY come back again.

Service was not good. Even after consistent reminders, they were not serving properly. Limited options were available in desserts viz., only two flavours of ice cream were available i. E., vanilla and strawberry which are quite basic flavours and something better was expected from POG.

Bbq and buffet system just like barbeque nation.nation and the dishes were also very same.But I personally prefer this dining for its different taste and variety of menu other than that of barbeque menu the dinner was superb and very tasty with respect to barbeque nation.Some people could find the service little slow with lot of crowd. But personally for me it was worth it.

Had absolute fun and relished the kababs. Food was mesmerizing and kudos to the chef for keeping to the standards. Service was not so much upto the expectations probably because of being late night customers :) so wont blame them, and it got subsided with the fun vibe and music where whole family enjoyed the time. A birthday well spent and celebrated amongst the staff who joined with their birthday song to make it feel special.

Pirates of grill (mg road) is one of my favourite destination. Everything is so perfect there. You will get almost everything there beat starter main course dessert. multiple types of cocktails and cocktails and many more.

The reason of giving 5 stars, the service is not upto what it used to be pre covid times but we have to understand the situation of working staff, serving and especially chefs to provide tasty food on table. Snacks quantity and variety was good, live buffet menu okay at par with other similar themed restaurants. Pricing is okay, you get discount if you reach little early for lunch and dinner.Ambience was good and seating was maintained with right distance. Overall a nice experience and you get feeling to be back in restaurants and enjoy decent meal.

I had a very bad dinning experience last night (1st August) in Pirates of grill. Pathetic service by all the staffs. The price has been hiked with no mocktails, cocktails included. The worst part is that they have charged us for 1 bisleri bottle, the water they served. I believe they are planning to double their profit by looting customers. Kudos, great. I will not go there ever. Worst service at a high price.

Oh wow. This place is awesome. It serves all you can it menu, where you get a selection of rodes put on the grill (veg and/or non veg), all kind of potato dishes. Pineapple on a stick made on the grill, cut directly to your plate. This was my favorite of the entire lunch (believe, it is that good).Of course you have a buffet with all sorts of Indian kitchen.A table full of deserts just wait for you to try how many of them you would like.All this happy with just around 700 RS per person, include one complementary special drink.

One of the good places to party with friends. Brazilian pineapple is the thing you go for there. Not much variety of desserts. Birthday cake is also super awesome. Starters will make you fill up. In drinks go for Virgin mojito or Beer. Now a lot of new options with less price and same quality has opened so go for that.

The food was just ok type... And the varieties of food was also very few. Service was so so... Because the Atmosphere was very smoggy and AC was not properly working... So bcoz of this we had face coughing problem too... Suffocating atmosphere. They should be more carefull for hygiene and cleanliness too. Cake was very bad. Quality was very low. Hi , so we have one special person on this day from Sahara news for birthday party and she was very disappointed as the place was filthy and ac wasnt working at all. Also we have reserved table but didnt get any confirmation msg or mail, we went there for birthday celebration but I must say thatthe ventilation isnt working at all my little baby was so uncomfortable, there was so much smoke all over the place .... whn we complained they put off some tandoor, also didnt get varieties in food as aspected. Service was slow as well. The staff was so uninteresting to serve us. Over all my birthday celebration bcm so disappointing.

Finest barbeque buffet place in gurgaon. Multi cuisine food items in your buffet list with exotic mocktails to complete your food cravings. A great place to hangout with family and friends. Prices are also reasonable. Overall 9/10 for food and beverages. Just the ambience and interior refurbishment is required.

A nice place for casual/office dining. They offer starter on the table (BBQ Style) and buffet system for main course. Price is affordable on week days little expensive on weekends. Seating arrangement was good, service was quite ok, ambience was good.Food quality is good, menu option and variety is also good. In veg you will find Dahi bhalle, virgin mojito, crispy corn and mushrooms, salsa potato, pulpy orange. Also the appetizers including matar tikki, kebab, spring roll, corns, panner tikka, mushroom was tasty special thanks to ROASTED PINEAPPLE which I loved the most. The deserts are good too.

Went with office colleagues for a group party and the experience was not good compared to the previous time we went there.The standard dishes were good as usual like potato salsa, corn, paneer etc.However the negatives came in the form of very slow service and the taste of mushrooms (though the request of providing raw mushrooms was entertained)We had to repeatedly ask for things to our table.Colleagues who ate non veg also did not like that.

Good place for all you can eat barbeque. This place is mostly crowded and sometimes you have to wait to be seated. They were out of kulfi when I went, something unacceptable. Service was okay what I liked most was the long island nice tea, it was made better. Buffet was average. In table servings could have been better. I have visited this place multiple times and I felt that the quality has been going down a tad bit.

One of my favourite places for having barbeque buffet. Whenever I have to think a lot to decide the place for having BBQ buffet I blindly choose Pirates of Grill. Its well maintained and has very nice ambience.Excellent food.Non veg starters and main course dishes are amazing.Also lot of variety for vegetarian people as well.Grilled pineapple is amazing.PoG offers complimentary drinks as well. Buffet prices are also fine.Needless to say reservations are required as its usually crowded and has much waiting if you directly walk in. Nice place for family lunch/dinner or team parties.Altogether its very nice but still need to improve upon the services.
