I had dinner buffet here. They served us a large variety of food items and deserts. The chocolate mousse cake was out of the world. All the food tasted good. They had North Indian, Italian, Chinese, Japanese, Mexican etc items. They had a large variety of salads too. In total they had I think more than 20 items just in veg. Also, they had live counters for variety of stuff.All in all I loved my experience here. I would definitely visit this place again.The service was good too.

So I am going to review about the dinner and breakfast buffet today. As I was on staycation at Le meridian we enjoyed the stay and the food too. I mean what wasnt there in the dinner? Everything. They were having so many options is dinner and my fav sushi too. The dinner and breakfast was lavish and Im impressed with their services too. Staff was quick and attentive. If you need anything to be changed in your food, they will do for you. They were having so many options and you can see that in the pictures Ive uploaded. However Ive not added all of them showcasing all the dishes we had. Overall the stay was nice and one must visit Last recipe if they really wanna enjoy the lunch/dinner buffet.

Had a disastrous dinner on 30th September and ruined our Anniversary.The food was totally lacklustre and similar to what you get in a 2nd rate shaadi ....the serving staff was in a zombie state and were in no state to properly attend.At 2500 per head + taxes it is a ripoff and my advice is to avoid it even if they offer you free.

Not as per the standards of 5 star hotels. The menu is quite lavish. However almost all the food tastes bland. We sent back a pasta as it was too bland with not even salt in it. Would suggest to look for someplace else if you want to have a delicious buffet experience along with some standards of service.

Went there for my birthday dinner with family. Received a warm welcome, excellent service, delicious food and a very polite staff with a strong eye for Covid 19 rules. Would definitely visit again!

Buffet is pretty good, in breakfast and lunch. Enough options in both veg and non-veg. Although cheesecake is not something to go for in dessert. Indian, Italian and Chinese, cuisines available.

It was an amazing experience at Latest Recipe Restaurant at Le Meridian, Gurgaon, Delhi NCR. The buffet package was really a budget one and there were a plethora of food items to be chosen. Although there were restrictions and limitations due to the pandemic, overall experience was nice and Saril and Anjali do need to get a raise for their honest services. One thing I must add is that this restaurant is closer to the main entrance and hence a bit poor air conditioning and pest control at times.

Very good buffet, loved the spread. Too many options.The space was very neat and well maintained.

The restaurant is good. But the worst thing i faced was that while booking through the app I mentioned that i need a birthday cake since its my kids birthday. But at the restaurant they responded that they were not informed about the request. At last they joined four pastries and provided that as a cake which is totally unprofessional and doesnt looked good at all. It spoilt my and mine 4 year kiddo mood.

Very spacious restaurant and beautifully decorated. The staff even memorized my usual order and my usual seat on the third day and asked if i wanted to try something else. The cooks also introduced the different north and south indian dishes with its ingredients.

Saril was our server and he was really polite, active which made our dine in experience all the more fun.Thank you.

Amazing Rajasthani dishes were on the buffet tonight and Chef Roshan Singh went out of his way to specially cook us some Rajasthani laal maas and helped us curate the best authentic combos. Great homemade ghevar too!

It is my birthday today. The spouse decided to bring us to the dinner buffet. We had a pleasant evening all thanx to Saril Bhardwaj. He is polite, warm and efficient. I requested for tea which he brought to us not forgetting the honey on the side...which is usually smthing ppl forget to bring. It ws lovely.

If you want to try new South Asian food then Burma it is.Food is priced a little more and all vegetarian.Staff is very courteous.Ambiance is mild and set to the good mood.Its in a mall so not hard to figure out.One needs to try their dessert just because its fancy and beautiful and yes indeed tasty.Rest one needs to have an acquired taste for these sort of food and if you are a newbie then definitely you ought to try.Enjoy the food.

Fine dine restaurant with not so fine experience. Was shocked to find human hair in our food. Really disappointed with a five start brand.

We had gone for lunch. They have a very good buffet spread with Indian, Italian, Mediterranean, South Asian and Japanese cuisines. There was sufficient vegetarian choices. The only issue was the fact that the service is quite slow. You need to ask for drinking water or dessert spoons quite a few times before they get it for you.

This how you make fool out of people. Can of pepsi that i bought was for ₹ 25 and what latest recipe charged me was ₹ 250 was each can. I understand your services and standards but you cannot charge someone over and above the printed rates.

A nice ce restaurant inside Le meridian hotel. Has a good range of food but not the best of flavors. Great layout looking after Indian, Continental, Chinese and Japanese. Has a few live counters for Japanese, Italian pasta, pizzas. A large variety of deserts both Indian and continental. Sugar free options also available. Nice view overlooking the garden.

Great place. There is a huge glass frontage providing a pleasant view of the lush greenery. The buffet menu is comprehensive and varied. Live stations provide some spontaneity and customization options. Warning: The dessert counter with its delicious choices will set your diet back by 10,000 calories. Tea/coffee at the end will round off your meal. Staff is friendly and service is quick, though a tad befuddled. Recommended if you have time for a leisurely meal.

The food was not too bad. Especially the starters were good with good variety. The m,ain course was nothing too great with not too many options. But the disappointing part was is there services. The services were really bad, and if you ask me Ill give 1 star only. Nothing at all like Le Meridian. We had to literally get hold of a person and drag him to the table to get the stuff done. By the end of it there was no body there to replenish any food items or desserts on the buffet. I had brought it up this matter with the Manager Mr. Nikhil also.Overall experience was well much below expectation.

Food was stale, service extremely slow, live counters of Soup, Japanese Grill, Chat, and Paratha was so slow, even without any customers, that we end up eating something from ready made and on buffet. Taste of food was bland. I would not recommend this place at all. West Inn and even Courtyard by Marriott has better buffet.

Great device and you will get varieties of items to eat

Me and my kids recently moved on to the latest recipe and we just love this place. I find this one is much better than the Westins seasonal taste. Even though this has lesser buffet items but all are good! I can say their non- veg sushi rolls, pizza, tikkas and the biryani got me and kids to the latest recipe over the seasonal taste.

Georgious ambience and state of art service along with delicious food, you get everything under one roof. Not to forget the live singing to amuse the guests. Among the food options I would recommend to try - fish, mutton, Mac & cheese, noodles and not to forget aam panna. Go & try if you have some good deals on the dinner buffet they offer.

Made the mistake of ordering tea and it turned out that a masala chai is Rs.350. Are these guys for real? At that price they should throw in a scone or pastry as well so that the price makes some sense. I think these guys have lost the plot.

There are a lot of options in the breakfast buffet. But the taste wasnt maintained on all of them.

Nyc calm place

Our meal starts off with an Amouse Bouche of Paapri Chaat. He uses spherification to keep the curd inside it so as to not sog through the thin crisp paapri. The next dish in line in the classic Punjabi Chicken Tikka. Although most of the components remain the same, but there is a cucumber jelly at the bottom which combines perfectly with the spicy, hot flavours of the tikka. He then combines the fiery Kasundi from the eastern part of our country with Salmon which takes the combination to a whole new level altogether. There are some sauteed peas below to create a beautiful layer of textures and flavours. Another of his creations puts a humble Nalli Gosht on top of a Polenta Khichdi. The succulent fall off the bone meat works wonders with the Polenta.
