Dont know exactly about them as the pickup and drop time is very different what I require. From Sikandarpur they have pickup and drop facilities but timings are very difficult to match. They can pick matter for washing from 10-11 in morning or from 9-10:30 in evening. It doesnt match for most of working persons I think. But yes thats the timing that they give me for 3-4 times. Never got service so, cant explain about this..

Genuine advice - DO NOT OPT FOR THEM !. Had the worst experience with these guys. The customer service sucks. I had 3 pick up and drops , and every single one of them was absurdly delayed - I stuck to them because they had my money (had to pay in advance). And the last pick up they even lost my clothes and simply deny any action, they will not pay for my garment and the only hope of receiving it is at the discretion of the guy who received mine (in case this was lost in transit or any other sense then complete screwed) . And loosing garments I understand happens very regular with them, their manager offered me another jeans which was abandoned in their office (they missed to deliver it to some guy) . They simply do no know how to run business, out of sheer luck they are running till now.! I can write paras about them and how they screwed up but I do not want to waste any more of my time on them !

Please do not use this laundry service... They are just doing their business... The cloths are not at all clean. The collars of shirts especially light coloured shirts are not at all cleaned.
