Enviro Emergency number(+919871755442) for Vatika Lifestyle Homes Sector 83 is useless.I have been calling them daily for more than 3 weeks now reporting Lobby lighting issue. There are supposedly 4 LED lights installed, but only 1 works on the 7th Floor of A1 tower.. The lobby stays dark infront of my house, and it is difficult to manage without light in late evenings.Is there anyone here who can help with the contact of someone who does the work instead of making false promises daily..How did Enviro manage to win best facility management award anyhow?

I live in Zara Awas Sector 104 Gurgaon. The maintenance is from this company. All the staff is totally useless. Specially Mr. Pawan, Mr Virendar and Sandhu. Electricity is a major issue which they cannot deal with. There is a simple answer to every request...Hum nahi kar payenge. Their team deserve negative rating not even a single Star..but since I have minimum one star to choose so opting it. I am sure that upper management is careless about customers too.
