Delayed the delivery during increase the price and overcharging, booked with prepaid payment but delayed the csh memo and delivery with increase amount, ans asked extra difference amount during delayed delivery.

Cheaters ,mix water in cylinders with gas, in most of the cylinders 4kg is water. Never deliver cylinders on time. Unprofessional and Rude behaviour with consumers.
