Very big cheaters ever I have experienced. 1st they took 5 days to collect the device. And on the new location they didnt come for new connection setup. they promised that I will get the refund of the security amount and the left overs days of my package which was 50 days. And finally after wasting my time for one week. They said that only the security will be refunded. And every signal agent made false promise and their service providers in sector 40 (gurgaon) are the most pathetic people i have ever seen. Excitel team are fraudsters, cheaters and money eaters. I wish there was a star rating which was to rate the most negative. Upon requesting so much the lady Shweta did not dare to transfer the call to a supervisor and she was very rude.

This is the worst service provider.I would like to suggest not to take service from Excitel I am telling you more than 1 year experience.No one come to resolve customer issues.

Bakwas service.... no body is coming to collect the router and i am waiting for the security money from last month. Donot use this internet provider they are cheaters.....

It is just unacceptable that even after mentioning No Installation Charges, the ground technicians ask for 500rs extra without any prior communication. Also they are so disgusting to use very bad language with me. This is worst internet provider service i have ever seen. I will never recommend excitel to anyone

Very poor response from excitel if you made a mistake of taking the connection from them, and your entire time will be spent on steps and irritated so dont take connection from them even if it is last connection on earth.

Worst service provider. After launching fiber line, they removed their old boxes and asks customers that box stolen, hence go for fibber by paying 2000. More pathatic thing is, their ground technicians ask for inr 500 as bribe.My issue open since last 10 days, see pic attached.

Worst service. They give false promises and do not turn up. They can repeat that a number of times and then stop taking your calls!

Very disappointed customer services. I am struggling hard to get my security money of 2000 ₹ for router from last 5-6 months. First they didnt come to take router. Then after 2 months someone collected my router but didnt return money. He suggested money will come to account. I told him I submitted money by paytm. You even dont have my account number so how it will automatically come to my account. For next 2-3 months I tried to connect the customer service by their worthless app services. They are just their to generate a ticket and which they never act upon. Just they think if we have generated tickets that means it is a great favour for customers, and no need to work upon that. After sometime they closed that ticket by their own without returning money. I connected the person to whom I sent money by paytm. He wasted my 3-4 weeks by saying, yes i will do, now I am outside, now I am in marriage etc etc. Finally, after a long he told that he is not working for excitle (mahadev broadband) and shared a new number to contact. When I called the new person, he is not picking up the call. These people have no values. They dont even care about their customers. I will not suggest anyone to have service from these guys.

Do not cheat with your customers. Worst after sales, I would never recommend excited to anyone.. Everyone has quit excitel in my street. Go to hell cheaters.

Unresponsiveness, Internet speed will be very low around 1 mbps against any plan, After sale no one will pick your call, Not proffesional at allIn short, Please dont buy Excitel services

Complaining for past 2 months and even requested for termination of network but no response from their services team even the service office is hardly 10 minutes walking distance away from my home .

Hopeless... no service from 14 days and no action from company after continous complaints. Stay away my advice.
