Such a worst company. The HR and manager of this company think that they are god for their employee and employee for them are machines. The manager of this company forces their employee 48 hour continuously without sleeping. Anyone can imagine. If anyone refused to work so they ask to HR that fire this employee immediately. I dont think so that anyone can work in such environment. As everyone know that a human being can work 8 hour only and this is also mention in labour law of india. But this company dont know any law. they create their rules and suck their employees.I never recommend to anyone to work here. Please be aware. If you want to destroy ur personal as well as official life. Please go ahead.

No staff life is there, if you see attrition rate, you can see they fire staff withing 4-5 months. Nothing much has changed since last 3 -4 years. though they are growing irrespective of everything

Firstly, its a pain to reach here because of the traffic, the connecting roads are not very good and are always stuffed with heavy vehicles. Otherwise it is a good place to work. The building, infrastructure, facilities are all upto the mark. It has a nice terrace too and ample space for parking and safety.

EDynamic seems good with huge number of employees and so many projects in hand but it looks like deteriorate in condition as the building and infrastructure in which company is operating its Gurugram, India office needs a lot of maintenance work and current interiors & work environment. Hope every employee of eDynamic is agree with as a felt they all want good environment and infrastructure.
