Have been to this place to get my 19 years old leather bag repaired which comes with life long worldwide repair guarantee.The staff was very courteous. I in fact forgot about this worldwide lifelong repair guarantee. They whole heartedly took my bag, repaired and polished it and promised to deliver it to me in case I couldn’t go back to collect it.

Worst customer service, they were not ready to admit the fact that there was a small hole in the bag at the time of the purchase and tried their best to blame it on us.

Very Poor Service . . . They never meet their commitments. We were committed a delivery today and the payment was taken in advance; however, no one has given any update to us and we have been following up regularly to get our order. Very Bad Experience !!!!
