This insurance company is of no use. If by chance you claim, they have 100 reason for cancellation of claim, very difficult to reach out to them. No answer of your calls emails. Very dissatisfied.

They make false promises of claim with in 15 days. I had my phone insurance from them and when I claim for insurance. executive demand bribe from me to approve my insurance claim. That time I dont had any option rather then giving him bribe and now it 4 to 5 months I havent received my claims amount. And now they are demanding for more day. The name of executive is rajat

I purchased a policy from toffee insurance , i filed a claim on 25 April with all proofs like CCTV footage ,FIR documents etc , Next day i checked online on website that THE STATUS OF MY CLAIM IS CLOSEDi have mailed and did whatsapp about it ,let see what action they take,talked with toffe representative ,he said my application is under process..i will update further.With in month my claim is approvedAnd amount reflected in my account.So I am giving 5 star rating.Luckily I had toffee insurance.
