The store is clean, and one can enjoy their favourite ice cream flavours.I recommend taking a waffle cone for an extra ₹20.Good hygiene, the staff are friendly and active, moreover great quality products.Belgian dark chocolate is my favourite here.

Located under the sector 53 Metro station. This is only an ice cream and shakes outlet.. No food.. But I have no issues with that, its good to see more Nirulas opening up even if in smaller formats.The arrival of the MNC QSRs along with laziness meant Nirulas pretty much died out for many years, which was a pity given how many of us grew up on its food. I hope they do decently well now, they have a brand name which works and maybe such small format stores are the way forward for them.

It is an ice cream parlor right in the middle of the road. Nirulas used to be quite famous for ice-creams at one point. Still good to go, but dont have too much ice cream to save your bulging belly.

Fresh waffle, good flavours except choco. Chocolate flavour is too sweet

Some things never change... Thank goodness Nirulas Hot Chocolate Fudge is still as sinful as I recall from childhood days. Good service too.

Perfect HCF. Nobody can beat them at making this. A very clean and inviting store. Polite staff.

No bill was provided. I had to literally ask the bill twice from the person on cash counter as I realized the amount that was requested didnt tie back to the icecream I asked. When the bill was given, it was incorrect with wrong items listed on the Bill. Since I already paid the higher amount, I was asked to buy something else for the difference amount. I refused and asked them to reimburse me the amount. The whole experience left a bad taste as the entire sequence of things seem pretty planned. So guys double check your bill and ensure it ties back to the items you have requested for.
