Had a great experience buying our Honda City here. Saurabh was a very good sales consultant who answered every question and went out of the way to make sure that all my doubts are answered. He delivered on his promise to deliver the car on Dhanteras which made Diwali 2020 special for us.

Very pathetic customer service.. even after visiting at 10 in morning with appointment , they do not complete the service till 6 pm . Moreover no one is bothered to look into and listen. This was my first visit to Cherish Honda and probably the last one.

By far the best service in Gurgaon. All others were pathetic to say the least.It seems that this centre has proper customer service and documented records. They are honest at least. The premises are new, clean and the workfloor is properly arranged, neat and clean.Honda Cars India should commend them for a good job so far. Third class service center, I was replaced back glass of my Honda City car. Glass has fixed properly due to this out air is coming into the car and rain water is going in boot /dikki , all my stuff has spoiled. Moreover, broken pieces of previous glass is still there in the car.

This review is particularly related to Bodyshop in accident case.The experience right from handing over the damaged car at workshop to getting the all fine and perfect car after repair and service was awesome. All the documentation was done immediately and after insurance approval, time taken by Cherish Team was hardly 5 working days. Amazing, looking at the condition :) Car was badly damaged from front and back, however, post repair it was back to its original shape and shine. All kudos to Team Cherish - for timely updates, perfect customer satisfaction and timely delivery. Special Thanks to Mr Hemant for seamless process. Great Work!!!

My Cherish Honda experiences were a total disaster. I bought honda city , they charged me 44777 for insurance and provided invoice of 36135 , and around 8000 less in the discounts provided and 5000 as convenience fee in registration charges. So basically there is a discrepancy of around 20000 rs.All the future buyers and those who have already bought check on these facts before buying from here.Will not recommend Cherish Honda to anyone. Even Honda customer care did not paid any attention to various emails even with all the facts attached to emails. Now I am planning to pursue the matter legally.WANT PEACE OF MIND, AVOID THIS PLACE.

Very good services provided and so far the best experience we had in Gurgaon. We were new t the city and opted for a car pick-up appointment from our home and they picked it up within the next hour. The car was in bad condition and they serviced it within 4 hours. Their suggestions for fixes were straightforward and reasonable. We were happy to receive a car that has been thoroughly cleaned and good to go for another few months 🙂 Special thanks to Neena and team.

They are only good at the first time when they want to lure you...I gave my car to the body shop.. My car parts have gone missing.. They are refusing to handover CCTV camera footage...Every part of my car makes noise now... Please dont go.. They are short staffed and severly unprofessional

Didnt like the place. The access road is broken and waterlogged. Too many cars for the small road. I dont think the teams customer management is systematic. Had to wait a long time for their service and many were jumping the queue, since they dont have a system in place.

You get your car delivery only once but service multiple times. So a good service center is biggest worry for a concerned owner. I came across best HONDA service center in NCR - Cherish Honda, Ggn. Got my Honda City serviced for the first time with them and Im amazed with their customer services. SA Mr Karan Rana and Service Center GM Mr Varun Virat personally ensured that my car gets best treatment. Transparent, convenient, neat and clean dealership cum showroom. I got my car before committed time. Customer lounge are pretty good and you can see your car getting serviced with a sip of tea / coffee. Being a new service center they have one of the most advanced and automised machines and equipments. A great experience. Much recommended.

Worst Service Centre of Honda. Due to such vendors Honda has lost its sheen in India.After Service and Tyres rotation, Mileage dropped down by 2 KMPL, and also Tyres started creating lour Road Noise, and car started dragging to side. When took car for showing these issues, they checked and said everything alright and Tyres are bad. Today after driving for more than 5K Km, i decided to get tyres checked from outside and surprised when the Mechanic showed me that Tyres are fixed inside out...that means i was at huge Safety Risk after Servicing.Shame on Honda and their knowledge.

Earlier i use to send my car to Ring Road Honda. I can say Cherish Honda is 100 % better than Ring Road in service and bodyshop. Keep this quality service always. Thanks.

I had booked my car in mid November with a commitment of the same being delivered around 22nd November, which was not done due to availability of colour despite the commitment.Then I was given repeated calls stating there is only one car left and to make the full payment, later I was shown a white car instead of Grey stating this is a good colour you can take this as Grey is not coming from company.I did not agree and was told to take an automatic car instead by paying 1 lakh extra which i denied the car was finally delivered on 1st week December.The car was delivered with PayTM Fast Tag which did not work for the longest time and I had to pay double the tag charge every time and the sales manager intern tell me You should have got the paytm sorted from any local vendor, its not my fault you had to pay double. I almost paid 3k extra on that road trip. This got finally resolved.After the delivery, I kept on following up with RC which is not delivered till now! I have contacted multiple people from Cherish Honda and no one is able to come to an rescue, instead i have been finally told to either go on yourself or choose an agent.NOw here is the thing, I was told to go to Janakpuri to collect RC (I live in Manesar) I specially took a day off and went to janakpuri to find out the office is not operational. Later I was told to go to Shekh Sarai, later I found out that the office of Shekh Sarai is shifted to Sarai Kale khan.Now I have been told today that Cherish Honda is not responsible for RC and can only support in delivering the car by the highest authority (Claimed). This is such a poor experience. To top it up I get a call every week my car is due for service when it actually is not and later when confronted the team says sorry its a technical glitch this has happened 4 times. This has been a pathetic experience.

Hi, I am sharing my experience that I had with the Sales Team of Cherish Honda (Sector 14, Gurgaon). Deliberately I am not taking the name of the sales persons. They were most unprofessional & explaining me how they compromise in the quality of the car and provide low cost material while offering additional discount to the customers. They were convincing me that it will not happen to me and they will offer me a better deal compare to other dealers. I hope there should some ethics while dealing with the customers.

My honda city was recently serviced from here. Not very crowded place and the overall experience has been excellent ! This is how honda experience should be. SA did a thorough comparison of what was carried out last time excluded them and added only the one required thus making the service experience pleasurable not painfull.
