These guys do not follow what they say and what they show..I have being staying in Coho sector 48 since Feb 2019 till May 2020 .It always that these guys never resolved problem ....wifi is promised but it doesnt work as these guys dont do recharge.Also it has been more than 30 days I left the property but the refund of security deposit has not been made although there are no dues or any thing which these guys can explain for not refunding my the deposit amountDo not believe them as they are painting a wrong picture and fooling the residents

Their management has a very laid back attitude. After vacating the place I have been following up for my 2 months security refund but no one has ever returned to me on that. I have made various follow ups but they always ignore the request and are not ready to refund it now. Wont recommend it at all. My stay there was ok but Im losing my 2 months security. Same concern has been raised by others as well. Disappointing!

Rooms are well decorated but finally daily higene becomes a concern

The place is not good at all. The rooms were untidy. Its noisy in the night most of the times. Food service is very very poor. The room service doesnt really put efforts while cleaning the room. If a complain is registered, it takes a lifeyime to get it resolved, and to top that, the rates are far too high.

This area is peacefull and helpfull peoples.

Not at all recommended. Its a bit expensive. They dont care about your concerns once you pay the money. Rooms, housekeeping and food is good as in most of the PGs. But once you face a problem they dont care about you becoz ur security deposit is in their hands.
