Whats good: The staff, the teachers and didis are very amicable. They try to take care of the child in the best possible way. The curriculum is also well paced - I have observed my child pick up new things.What can be improved: Some changes to infrastructure - like the classroom has no ventilation provision. It is under the ac all the time. Adding 2-3 plants per room can help ensure freshness in the class. Better camera quality, sometimes only 1 camera in the class works.

I would like to appreciate and thanks to the wonderful teachers and the entire team @KLAY in Gurgaon sector -81 centre. Initially me and my wife were really worried to sending our son for full day care, but believe me after a week everything was settled and our son really enjoying going there.Since it’s been only 3 months so It’s too early to comment on the learning and development part but overall experience is Good!

Hi.. KLAY is a unique concept. Its bliss for working parents in todays world. They have developed very modern & safe infrastructure for young children. They have skilled staff to take utmost care of even toddlers & make them feel comfortable in absence of parents. Hats off to them..

My twin girls have been going there since they were 11 month old. I am very satisfied with overall facilities. The staff is very gentle with kids and treats them very well. Special mention for nidhi mam, my kids adjusted to new class very quickly. Highly recommended daycare.

My kid went there for 1.5 years before moving to formal schooling. The center has all the infrastructure, quality people, teaching and learning techniques, supervision, hygiene and caring attitude for the overall development of the kids, perhaps the best in this area. The kids do really know the concepts from the grass root level which is most important nowadays. My kid had learned a lot during his time there and he evolved dramatically in last 1.5 years.

My daughter has been going to KLAY from past 18 months now, i really trust them with my most precious possession. Her class teacher Nidhi is just like another mother to her - she makes sure she eats well , offering her things that she likes. She is amazing in every possible way , she was able to give medicines to my daughter when even i couldnt do it !!! My daughter learns so much at the center and i am very happy with all the staffs including Priyanka Didi who is my daughters favorite .I recommend KLAY to all new parents like me.

My son was there in KLAY for 10 months. It’s another home away from home. Trustworthy, caring and cooperative staff. His class teacher “Nidhi” is very nice and caring. He learnt a lot from her. I was tension free as he is with such a caring teacher. Thanks a lot for looking at my son when no one was there to take care of him at home.

Its been 3 months that my daughter goes to KLAY at Pre K, till now we had a good experience, have seen my daughter learning and being playful. Have reached out to center head for issues which got resolved in a timely manner. As an institution KLAY is doing a commendable job taking care of so many kids and trying their best to keep these kids happy and safe.

My child has been going to pre school and daycare for 2 years in this facility. In my experience it is the best in the area and I am happy with my childs progress and care. They follow the play education method. The staff has always been approachable and cooperative and I appreciate their efforts in giving personal attention to the needs of the little ones.

Initially, like any other mum, I was quite skeptical of my baby going to daycare. However, after 3 months of my association with Klay, I can confidently say that my experience has been amazing. My baby started going there at about 7 months. He has adjusted beautifully and won a place in everyones heart at Klay. The care and warmth he has received from the teachers and the caretakers has helped him become active and confident. Definitely, recommend it to all parents.

KLAY has been a wonderful stepping stone for my toddler, from senior toddler to pre-K. For all the little milestones, like toilet training, learning alphabets, numbers etc Klay has been a constant guide. Caring teachers and didi’s are always on their toes to ensure that every child is given a personal attention. Every child is given their own space to evolve with no unnecessary pressure. A School with high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.

It is one of the best playschools in the vicinity. The teachers & caregivers are so cordial and I cant thank them enough for taking care of my child & making my child feel comfortable and safe.

My daughter is with this centre since she turned 2.Now she is 3+ and I have seen how she has grown here.From being reluctant to go to school,now she completely enjoys being there and has learnt so many things there.Thankful to teachers like Payal,Nikita,Apoorva and Ex centre head Shahbano,also caretakers are friendly.But the centre really needs to do something to retain the staff specially it needs a dedicated and focused centre head.Currently it seems the centre is running without anyone being there on top because centre head is rarely to be seen in the school.

I really feel fortunate to find a good daycare for my daughter. I started her daycare when she was 13 months and am glad that the teachers and caregivers have put great efforts in making her comfortable in the new environment. Specially I would like to thank Nidhi mam, for her creative ways of keeping the children engaged and happy. She puts a lot of energy and care for the kids. My daughter has been a picky eater and at times I so very wish the daycare is open on weekends too... so that she should eat🙂... Klay is a awesome preschool and daycare for kids. My boy Abhiroop Singh is going to Klay since last 1 year and I am really happy with the care and guidance Mrs priya has been providing. My kid is feeling extremely happy here from day 1 and he has adjusted so well thanks to minakshi didi and reshma also for taking care of him. Earlier he was being guided by Mrs Aporva, Thanks a lot Klay for giving my kid another home.

Update: I enrolled my daughter for online classes. Initially I was skeptical and didnt want to opt for the classes considering she is too young now. But the CD kept chasing me to admit her as if she had some target. Finally i got her enrolled.After just 3 weeks classes, my 3 yr old never attended because we went on holidays and later she wouldnt get up early to make it for 9:30 class. Its been around 4 months and to much of my surprise, no one cared. They have got the fees already so they never called or asked, why she is not attending the classes.Later, I contacted them for the change of timing. Its been more than a week and I am still to get an update.In August, I was told that they will courier the year book. I am yet to receive one. Epitome of carelessness and irresponsibility.So disappointed.Old review: Its been 4 months since our little angle has been going to JRT Klay, at first we were very apprehensive if any playschool can provide the in house care that parents look for but thanks to Priyanka Didi and Nidhi Mam, she has settled quite well. Klay is a second home and Nidhi Mam and Priyanka didi are second parents to my daughter. She learns new things and enjoys her playtime. They feed kids well with patience and also entertain parents special requests. Nowadays, she look forward to go to school and mentions activity as the reason for doing so. :)We would also like to thank Vibha didi and Archana Mam and the entire support staff of Klay for taking so good care of my daughter. We are engaged with Klay from last 8 months and here is our experience so farGood Points1. Infrastructure is good only inside the Building2. Live streaming is a big advantageIssues with the Klay1. Money Minded Management. There are really there only to make money2. Teacher changes too frequently and the small kids are not able to make bond with the teacher3. No major learning for the kids, teachers are not trained or experienced to make kids learn even rhymes4. The approach road is pathetic, Klay can easily resolve the issue but they dont as they dont even care about it. In rains its a mess to drop kids to school5. No major interest taken in making kids participate in the activities.

My kid started going to Klay two months back. The staff and teachers are very caring and my kid got a homely atmosphere in the school due to which she got settled really soon. The center head Shahbano mam treats each and every child with love and affection. Special thanks to Apoorva mam for taking care of my daughter and making her feel comfortable in the class. A play school with good hygiene standards and individual attention being paid to all kids.

My boy is going to KLAY since June 2018 and since then I have not seen a single day where I had to worry about his well being. He gets the perfect environment to grow and groom. I feel lucky that KLAY happened to us. From infant to Sr Toddler many teacher changed but all have been perfect for him. The current teacher Ankita Yadav has worked very hard and patiently with Rudra to make him comfortable. Thank you Ankita for all the love you shower on Rudra. I know he is safe hands..

Very Poor management My son got hurt due to there negligence. I am writing this for other parents if you are sending your child to klay sector-81 then it is on high risk they even dont have teachers.They are just there to earn money nothing matters for them more then this. Ver Very Poor

Best play school in this area . One thing that I dont like about this place is cameras . They have installed very poor quality of cameras in class room , even camera quality is so poor that you cant even identify your own child among 4 children.
