Service is great issues get resolved quickly, but they didnt told me the truth during the installation, they said their speed will be 25 mbps but when i checked my wifi speed, the download speed was indeed 25 mbps but the upload speed was 0.5 mbps. They do not provide actual fiber-net they plant some kind of device on rooftop that receives signal from their tower. If you want wifi for casual use then this is a good choice but if you need it for any formal purpose do not consider this one. If you want fiber-net try other providers.

Worst connection.. they dont refund the security money. i recommend never to use this connection.. these people are scams

I requested for a new connection and i call every day from last 4 day ,their team promissed me to install but did not install... field executive disconect my call... A lady call pallavi assured me 100% that exe will visit by 2pm but no one even call me... connectionn lagane k pahle ye haall to lagvane k bad to ye aur nahi puchhenge

Bad services provides I have plan 30 Mbps but got speed 30 kbps daily 1 hour its combo whole day 1 hour got speed 15 to 18 Mbps and remain time got 30 kbps .n finally I decided remove connection.

Service is of great quality and cheaper too. They respond very quickly which is a very good thing. The network depends on the location and your respective plans, rest I didnt find any glitch in the network and if it occurs they solve it on a single call.

Guys dont go with Touch Net. They need only your money.These people only speak we will provie 40Mbps speed n bla bla but the reality is getting 1 or less mbps. As I have complaing since 3-4 months these guys unbale improve there Internet service.Recently I am complaing for Internet not working since 4 days but I think Touch net hired engeering from Nasa/ Google they are unable to get the problem.if you are complaing the same problem to engineer for internet not working you will get answer restart to router.

Its speed is very good but sometimes its got decreased but after all its a good broadband provider.

To take Touchnet internet connection has been the best decision I have taken this year. Internet speed is good, works well for video streaming and office work, but for me the best thing about touchnet is their Customer Care service.Trust me I have tried other ISPs also but touchnet customer care service is the best.Few months back, I was having some connection issues and my complaint was handled with almost diligence and responsibility by Pallavi Bajaj maam. Issue was resolved and was monitored for weeks to ensure that I dont face the same issue again. If I am still a customer of Touchnet, its just because of that incident.Good Job, Touchnet!!

Worst Company ever, slow internet. Not recommend at all. Theyre calling and forcing you to give good rating and review but never provide good service. Seriously very poor service as i am a there member since last 4-5 years and during the lockdown i am facing the internet issue i called touchnet many times first there service is very poor and when the techincian comes he solve the problem and after 1-2 hours same problem occurs i request dont go for touchnet they give very poor service i was like caling daily and there tecnician comes after after many calls that very are facing many problem as in lockdownn all is going online and there net dont work i have done complaint 6 times there is no solution and then i say that i dont want there con ection please remove it and return back my security they req. Me i find solution and then the next day i called them 10-15 times they didnt pick call seriusly very pior service.

WORST INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER!If you want to torture yourself and your loved ones then go for Touchnet because their services will make you cry each and every single day.I have never come across a bunch of such highly unprofessional,rude and arrogant staff.I can personally name the most arrogant and unprofessional staff that is MUNNA DUBBE ,their senior customer care staff.Internet connectivity is worst.Opt for their best plan and still your 3G or infact 2G Internet on your phone will be million times better.They just want your money.No regard for their customers whatsoever.I hope that you don’t have to go through what I had to go through and make a wise decision by not going for their poor services.There are much more professional ISPs like iKing or Airtel or any other ISP but don’t fall for Touchnet’s trap.All these postive ratings you see are false and touchnet forces their customers to give themselves good ratings.I was also forced to give them good rating initially but now that i have managed to get their connection disconnected (getting rid of their services is a whole task in itself) I can guide others well and warn them from falling into Touchnet’s trap.Also they have still not refunded my security deposit even after a month of getting rid of their services and even after mailing them 100 times and calling their customers care ever day.So you can imagine yourself the level of professionalism they have.I’ll take you to the court Touchnet and you are lucky that during these unprecedented times of Covid pandemic the process is getting delayed.

Faced the issues in Sector 46 Gurgaon.Touchnet has a Hardware limitation and cannot provide more than 1 to 2 mbps Upload speed on a 30mbps plan due to DTH technology in use.Ideal for very Casual use over smartphones and laptops with low download and upload speed requirements. Not reliable for work from home requirements and other heavy internet usage demands like office use, gaming, professional work etc.All team members refrain from reverting to any of our mails. There were back to back 4 to 5 emails from my end in 2 weeks time and non were responded even by their senior officials who were all copied in the emails at first point. Even the disconnection acknowledgements were not provided at their end. They assume that merely refunding the security amount of 1000rs is the end of topic.Technical and Customer representative teams not at all supportive and have a very non professional attitude towards customers. No speedy solution provided at their end to solve the issue. There is a frequent and non scheduled downtime of 30 second to 2 min each for 5 to 20 times a day. No proper documentation done by the company and do not provide a copy of forms and other documents they ask the customer to fill. They even failed to pass a no dues certificate at the end which is generally required for official purposes.Good Point: Disconnection team was apologetic and very courteous about the service provided by them during the COVID-19 period due to low workforce at their end and even assumed responsibility by refunding partial rental amount of 15 days for the days no support was provided at their end.

Don’t ever make such a grievous mistake of getting their connection.They are money mongers.Their customer care staff is highly unprofessional,rude and arrogant.No regards for their customers whatsoever.They just need your money.Internet comes on alternative days and very slow and poor connectivity.Munna Dubbe and Ravi are their senior customer care personnel and they are the worst and the most arrogant staff you’ll ever have to face.I request anyone who’s reading this to opt for any other ISP like iKing(I’m personally using it now) or Airtel or any other but don’t fall into Touchnet’s trap.I’d not even want my enemies to go through Touchnet’s rude arrogant staff along with the worst internet connectivity.I wish I could file an FIR and take them to court but I don’t want to trouble myself more in these unprecedented times of Covid pandemic.

They just making money and taking advantage of lockdown situation. I paid in advance to upgrade my plan because of lockdown but the customer case handling team did not make the changes due to this whole month I faced problem and faced challenged WFH. Whenever I called customer executive she just made excuses and did not give any solution. The customer services are worst. I totally understand lockdown situation and gave them time as much as required.

I have plan of 33MBPS but i get only 1MBPS most of the time but these guys have no solution and manpower to solve that issue.

When you are in need of internet badly during country lock-down, they reduced the internet speed and on continuous complaints suddenly speed shoots up. This happens in every 10-15 normal days.Once you complain about the speed, the speed shoots up suddenly.this is very pathetic experience, usually the speed is quite low as compared to what is told. They will ask you to restart the router again and again.Cheap service. All the customer care numbers are switched off in morning till 11 AM.Please refrain from this cheap internet service provider.

It was the last month when I get Touch net broadband. Some of my friends told me about this internet service provider and on their suggestions, I opted it over all others. For my surprise, the connection is really very worthy. Top class speed, better connectivity and excellent customer support are the key USPs of this broadband. Both uploading and downloading speed are superb. It hardly takes a minute to download a file of 20 MB to 30 MB. Really very happy to have this connection.

After 8pm ,No one picking call till next 10 am morning,And they reduced speed and when you complained then they showed you that it is working fine now.There is no esclation matrix,they have only customer care mail and phone number.You not able to connect their higher management,you can just mail to customer care.

There services are at par if you talk about connectivity, have their connection for 7 years but has never been a downtime. Speed is also good enough. Staff is helpful in any issue or query, Specially Sandeep from their staff is polite and courteous... Services are good enough.
