They always add extra items to the billing quantity. If you are not tallying your bill with the items purchased, you are being duped off by 25-30 of your billing amount

Well it is the only option if you are in 500m radius ... Its always short staffed ... The collection is very limited the SKUs are very limited ... They really dont care if they are running low of something they easy manipulate stock to push one brand over the other .. the prices are reasonable considering gurgaon

Shoping groceries from here been always painful, have stopped ordering online when my product took to deliver for more than 10 days only after visiting the store to take it offline all my stuff which was purchased online. Some of the items were not there i was promised that it will be delived in 1 day ,, but then too it took more than couple of days😭Have been shopping more than an year from here but it always been a painful experience inside. Cash counter guy Dheeraj ran away after seeing me because it was a paytm transaction and it was the only counter were paytm transactions are done. Wasted my 15 mins to call the manager and get some other guy to get it done.Dont understand why this has been a problem always with PAYTM transactions.. No one is ready to take paytm transactions.Very poor and untimely delivery.***HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL ×××

The staff behavior is so rude. They are helpless and when asked for any help or support, they show rude behavior. At first they ll be very sweet to make you buy the product and when we come back with an issue in it, they back out with no help leaving us with no other option but for a loss.The cashier guys are pathetic in handling customers, almost people in line shouts to them for their actions, but they dont care.Dont spoil Reliances name with such behavior.

Not the justified way of replacing bio degradable bags. Difficult to purchase grains of over 2kgs and so much of non biodegradable tape plastic on the paper is making this bad for environment.

A perfect place to shop for a middle class family in that area. The quality of reliance own products is decent. Though the quality of veggies and fruits has a huge scope of improvement. Im sure that cost effective need not mean sub-standard stuff. Staff is well behaved and friendly.

Reliance Smart is good place, here we can buy daily use products. Price of the products is cheap.

Crowded with offers and people. Great deals at prices. Bought groceries and household stuff at great discounts. The aisle had less space due to the crowd though. Also, make sure to ask the attendants if there are any offers available on the product you are buying.

Lot of staff but clueless as most of them are trainees. They hardly help but they will be after you to sell the products they got targets to achieve. Cant expect suggestive selling as suggestion will be only products with incentives. However ample of choice and offers

I would like to praise the service level for Reliance Retail multi stores for Grocery Items. Price, service, product availability is amazing. Centrally located in the dlf colony. Easily to find...

Only reliance outlet in the vicinity. Great prices. We shop here regularly but parking is a big problem unless you shop for more than 1500 to get free parking.

This is a convenient Super market , with all household necessities at reasonable prices, the reasons for my preference of Reliance SMART are as below. ( they may be miserly to some, but they all make sense to me )# At 1999 of shopping, you can get 1kg of sugar at 9 5Rs.# At 1999 of shopping, your parking is free ( they deduct 30 or 40 5Rs from your bill, and you pay parking, when u are leaving the mall )# items from Reliance own brand are cheaper , like sugar, Atta, dry fruits , etc.# You get Pantanjali items here.# You can get vegetables & Fruits here ( though, they are 5~10% costlier then open market - they are under one roof ).

Very bad experience, first of there is no proper poly bags/bio degradable bags to collect groceries in bulk, they keep limited 1 kg poly bags. They display many offers but at the time of billing everything changes. They do give jobs to many but I dont think those effort will be paid off? End of the day you wont save anything, you just over purchase more than what you need. Better purchase from your nearby local place. .

Agreed good offers, location, parking free over 500/-, so after shopping comes BILLING, 90% of time card payment is rejected 😖, u can paytm or cash, not advisable for senior citizens n weak person. Shoppingtime+ queue time+ upto half hour for billing with card payment.
