The project is surrounded by a green belt and has a neat and clean environment. The Builders has even crafted swimming pool, playground, gardens, parks, and much more.Mapsko is good builder in gurgaon providing best facilities in all the projects. My family bought a Property at mapsko Casa bella 3 bhk apartment. All amenities are in place. excellent customer support provided to us. I recommend this builder to chose for your future bugeted house. I am planning to invest in one more property with same builder. which is Mapsko Mount Ville, Sector 79, Gurgaon. This is also a good option for investment. Even though for kids also they r providing numbers of facilities for playing games nd sports...Security is at high level it will make u feel like vip maa kasm i m not lying...At last i will say little about the club house in which they provide gym with trainer, zumba nd yoga classes with trainer billiards squash court with trainer...I m happy to be a part of it..

Mapsko Group are really good Builders provided many facilities for us like garden, pool and playground for childrens. Specially playground for children is very good bcz now a days grounds are getting hidden in that manner playground at our campus is good so that childrens cannot run on roads.

Project has not completed on time. Lift issues seems to be unavoidable. Construction quality is poor. Still construction work is going on and seems to be never ending. Not happy with the project

Cant opt for less than 1 star. Living here since 9 months and project is complete mess. Poor quality construction where even small paintings cant stay on wall. Flats are full of seepages. Nothing is ready including club house, parking etc but they are charging maintenance for full. Power issue where we cant even run 2 ACs togathr. Wooden flooring is fixed atleast 6 times in last 9 months but still it came out. Totally unprofessional and not ready to listen to residents. Too bad project where unfortunately i have put all my lifes earning.

I am one of the residents of Mapskos first project, CasaBell located in Sec 82, Gurgaon.Location of Casa bella is good and once this new sector 82 road will be operational, It will further improve . Despite being the first project, builder has not paid enough attention. Work progress is very slow and construction quality is poor. Occupancy certificate of project was received in Jun-16, Common areas are still in mess. Exteriors of the project are average and doesnt give feel that construction is recent. No water or electricity issues as bulider is providing power supply with gensets on regulated price and water is through tankers , No progress from government on water and electricity .Plaster quality is poor, Lift outages are commonWe cannot wait for life long. There has been hardly any improvement in the condition from last 1 years. Following are few major issues which need immediate attention1. Immediate resolution of Water leakages inbasement, this is causing structural damage2. Treatment of expansion joints3. Shaking lifts, Substandard walls not enoughstrength to hold lifts4. Hygiene issues, Constriction derbies allaround5. Ground floor soil sinking at places6. Swimming pool and club completion anddelivery7. Poor quality of plaster – falling everywhere8. As a resident of Mapsko Casabella Gurgaon, I feel cheated . None of the aspects of the building like construction quality , society maintenance match up to the so called premium township. Its been more than a year but the club house facilities are yet to see the light of the day and the irony is that we are paying for all the promised services right from day one. Nothing except the location goes in its favour. My advice : Stay away from this project!
