I had an amazing experience with Treebo Trend. The rooms were clean, and airy. What stands out is Say YES attitude to everything. The staff is really courteous. I would also like to give a huge shout out to Deepak, Amazing guy, he would work with you really patiently. He helped us with arrangements for 45 guests over a weekend. He was reachable all the time and made our stay really comfortable. Would highly recommend..

Very poor service. Hote staffs are very ignorant. Visiting here in summertime is not recommended as ACs won’t work. They don’t change bed sheets and other linens.

Stay was excellent. Safe for solo women travellers. The room was big, airy, and sanitized. Mr. Deepak at the reception was very helpful and courteous. Breakfast options were good and timely. The location is near to the Metro as well - one can Uber or Ola an auto easily. Though outside food is not allowed, they allowed me to order via Swiggy since their chef was not available in the afternoon. The place was clean and had all the expected amenities.

Room was damp. Power plugs were not working. Although reception service was good but room did not looked fresh. Bedsheets were not clean.

Its a nice comfortable hotel. Very friendly staff. Initially I was supposed to stay there only for a week, but due to unforeseen circumstances, had to extend my stay by an additional 10days. The staff has been quite welcoming and caring. The rooms are spacious and they tend to your requirements immediately.

The rooms stinks of urine and the sheets are wrinkled and seems like not changed .....outside food isnt allowed , breakfast time are too early.....room service is poor ... management is not professional at all...lot of rooms occupied with lot of alcoholics....common area arent clean, lift is suffocating.....floor is sticky

It is good place to stay in gurugram for long term or short term. It is also best option for corporates.

Clean budget hotel. The staff is courteous and warm. I am not sure whether Treebo has a 24 hours room dining policy, but these guys here serve round the clock. The place is located in the vicinity of Phase 1 metro Station at a distance of 300m. All in all a decent place for budget business travel.

I am staying here since one week,the hotel is very nice and the location of the hotel is also near to metro station.The food is awesome and the staff is also very good and the manager Ashish is also very humble,he is always ready to help.Overall it is a great stay .

I booked a room after checking the parking status, which says parking available & after arriving at the property, I discovered that there is No Parking Space as such & I was asked to park my vehicle on the road itself.I cancelled my booking immediately & didnt got the refund.Even I had a converstaion with their representative over call & have shared a mail with parking declaration but was entertained afterwards.

Very terrible experiences. Staffs are not cooperative especially receptionist was very rude. Services are of poor quality. So dont opt at first choice. It might help those who are not known to this hotel.

Stayed here for 2 days and the stay was pretty decent. Dont go here with high expectations like lavish buffet breakfast. Its a decent hotel with decent price. Deluxe room had a double bed but with two mattresses which you have to push all the time to adjust on the double bed. Breakfast was decent just 2-3 basic items. About toiletries I would say unlike other treebo hotels they just had low quality tissue paper and hand wash and body wash in the bathroom and ofcourse two towels. No moisturizer and shampoo. On being asked too I was told they have only these toiletries. I think they need to work on their cleanliness. Plates stay outside the room for full full day and nobody cares to pick them up.Overall, a decent hotel for couples as well as corporates with pretty decent price.PS: service by Mr. Deepak is commendable very humble.

I had seen and booked 2-3 oyos but all of them seemed shady , so i decided to book treebo even tho it was more expensive than oyo,it was worth it and i was really happy with the hotel,the staff are extremely helpful and friendly, the food is reasonably priced and tastes good,breakfast can improve,only negative thing i felt was they charged extra 20 bucks for a dental kit , i mean just increase the fare by 20 and keep one in the rooms am sure no one will mind paying 20 extra.

Other than being a small property this place was great in every other way. Service, food, rooms 9/10. Absolute vfm

The place is good to stay and also very near to dlf phase2 metro station but one has to deeply look around to find it as the hotel is not on main road.

Where to start!!!??? The staff is horrible, unkind and unpolite. Especially a guy who worked at the reception was drunk during working hours, Restaurant and rooms are terrible! Table cloth speckled and torn, dirty silverware, messy room , I am very disappointed and this was my worst stay ever, I highly recommend that you do not go to this hotel!

Rooms are good. But service is just average, quite unprofessional. Locks of all rooms door do not work properly; which is quite disappointing when you are in a hurry. Otherwise everything is okayyy. Plus the hot water supply in wash rooms is central, which is only for a few hours in the morning.

This company has a very poor service for the customers. I would strongly recommend not to chose this site for booking a hotel. They made us wait for whole long period and refused to pay for refund.Thanks Treebo for making our trip Hell..

Does not allow outside food, has overpriced food and conveniently forgets that you have placed an order because there is an office party going on. Forgot to give towel twice.

Terrible, pathetic and deeply disappointing are the words to describe the stay at Treebo Coral Tree, Gurgaon. We had paid advance almost a month before the checkin dates, went to see the arrangements 1 day before checkin and asked for some specific requirements. No smoke smell in rooms, active lift, 1 extra bed in 1 specific room and proper linen were some of the things asked for. We got a warm welcome around 11.30 pm by smoke in almost every room (no room freshner, no defuser was used). We had booked 15 rooms and all the guests were family ranging from age group of 5 years to 65 years. Lift was still not working. No hand towels in any of the toilets. AC not working in some rooms. And above all, the housekeeping staff were drunk. Vishal, the owner, was not available, all calls on his cell phone went unattended. Horrible experience, not suggested for stay. Would request if this hotel can be debarred from the list.
