Terrible delivery service. Screwed up my order from their end and kept on blaming zomato and telling me they will contact me when in the past that was never the case and the restaurant always sends the refund. Kept on telling me loopholes on loopholes on why they cant refund then when I asked for the person at zomatos number who they claimed will reach out to me they said I cant call through my phone. Excuses on excuses instead of just refunding the 280 rs i spent on cookies?? Will not be a customer again.

This subway franchise is good. The staff is friendly. Never had a complaint regarding hygiene.

Good Sandwitch however dirty sitting space with lots of flies and used trays on the table.

Staff is very unprofessional. He was not wearing mask or gloves.

This SUBWAY doesnt serve fresh bread and veges.

Even during lockdown there was no lethargy in service. The food was fresh , the service was prompt and courteous. Though i believe all the breads were not available but sauces and veggies were not compromised. The veggies were totally fresh and the outlet was totally clean. The hygiene standards were met fully.

Subs are great, and healthy.

Not a regular subway experience you would like. The staff doesnt seem to be trained at all and prefer to make the sub in their own way instead of how the customer would like it to be. The manager is rude and not open to feedback.The worst subway experience!!!!!

This Subway store is located in Central Plaza, on Golf Course Road. The place is more popularly known as twenty four by seven. You get all those famous healthy tasty sandwiches of your choices. It is really great place to eat and enjoy.

I was not informer at other subways that the cookies containee egg.

Delicious food plus they are taking all the precautions of social distancing.

Food has items that were spoilt and I had to ask staff to throw it away. One of the rudest staff I have seen in any Subway, esp Manager Pappu Singh. Has no manners of dealing with a client. Will never visit this outlet again. Terrible service

Awesome place to visit

The place is good , staff is smiling but there is a scam going on there . You order non veg sub , they will charge you for non veg sub but will give you a bill of a veg sub . Not many people notice this or usually dont take the bill and thats how staff is duping the owners . This is subway in good earth city centre , Gurgaon.

No sauces added at all, vegetables were a minimal, do not take from this outlet if you are ordering thru swiggy

Do not eat at this Subway!!!!The place is filled with mosquitoes in back storage area and also on the display counter.The staff are aware of this and yet are not doing anything.This franchise should be shut down.

I am not so frequent eater of subway but i know quality subs, all the outlet i have been to are good and staff also, but this subway has literally ignorent staff and the quality of bread was also not good, i asked Mr. Papu singh (name of cashier) after finishing my sub for complaint register so he refused to give and told me that it was gone for checking i asked for another complaint register he told me they have only one and offered me rough register.

I am a frequent visitor of Subway and i like subs. This particular subway shop has totally ignorant staff and for them no customers is a happy situation. I went in today, I couldnt help as its the nearest subway, the staff as usual didnt pay any attention despite i being the only customer and kept on talking with each other even asking twice to serve me. I would not recommend sub lovers to buy from this outlet.

Worst subway in the whole City, they never have lettuce, staff is always casual and lazy. Bread is always dry.

Pathetic experience. Bad service. Order not delivered for an hour and had to be cancelled. Manager was not even apologetic for the delay

The food in subway is standerdized. So I wouldnt talk about itThe restaurant has good seating and the staff are trained enough. However, I wish they have a system of making the subs as per a standard system when the customer is not knowledgable enough to chose for himself/herself. I have seen multiple customers getting confused and troubled when they ask too many questions

The sandwiches are made to the Subway standard I have seen elsewhere. Staff is well trained and outlet is well maintained.

This outlet at Gurgaon surprised me by not having the ingredients for a sub or a salad.Lettuce was not available.....one does not expect this...guys wake up.
