For me the Bank is great but lacks with the parking space and active Staffs as if anyone visits there should be one person to help the visitor and guide them accordingly as they require... The main part is the 2-3pm cash deposit protocol.. its really frustrating sometimes to deposit the cash as we all have our own work to do.. This Protocol should be changed and will be heavily appreciated..

The worat branch to hold an account... i was happened to open an account due to a car loan, then Hemant a sales rep calls and tries to fraudulently activate insurance on the account when cross questioned on details he abused and disconnected the phone and doesnt have the courage to take calls when I called back. Pathetic services!!! Glad I closed my car loan and got rid of this bank.

Absolutely fraudulent employees at this branch. I have lost 25000 rupees because of intentionally wrong information a senior person provided. Worse than a government bank. Did not give acknowledgement, basically fooling citizens for banks benefit.

One of the most incompetent branches I have ever visited. The two employees I met at mid senior level were absolutely clueless on a simple sip deduction issue. To make the matters worse, I have been chasing them for almost a month now on mailers and phone and none of the two have simple courtesy of replying back. Horrible experience. ICICI needs to seriously look into the inefficiency of this branch before they start losing their valuable consumers.

Worst branch with horrendous experience every time I visit here. The team practically knows nothing and give baseless excuses for not working. They themselves are not clear on the policies and the user ends up clarifying them about the processes.

I am really disgusted with your IVR menu. First you put us on wait while we listen to your never ending music with apologetic interventions for minutes together. Your first option doesnt give a customer care executive. Desperate to contact Sun City Branch try various options finally on selecting some random option I get the talk to customer care option . This executive gives me the branch number which ends up as non existent . Again talking to another executive who after a lot of apology connects me to another number which again asks me for account number. Once I enter the number it says you have exceeded the time limit and bonk goes the connection. Too, too, too exasperating. Just gave up even in an emergency.

The branch manager richa and her staff is very rude at icici bank,sec-54 branch suncity gurgaon. the account holder is giving all the id proofs like pan card ,aadhar card, marriage certificate etc. but she still is not changing the sirname in account. she enjoys being closing the accounts in this bank rather than giving any service. rediculous lady.not have option to give 0 star.

Pathetic service. If you can the IVR number there is no option whatsoever to speak to a customer service agent. No branch phone number given either. SBI or Union Bank is better!

We bad branch experience, i went and closed my account with icici. The manager is rude and staff is also very bad. The branch manager should rather move to sbi or pnb if he wants to handle it this way or he is helping his special clients on commission. Worst Branch Manager and worst service in any private bank

Not sure if this because of too much work (courtesy demonetization).. But Employees in this are branch more hostile than anywhere I have been to(including Gramin Banks Extension Counter).. Staff is much Sarcastic, Unprofessional and are very good at beating around the bush.. I was here for foreclosure of my vehicle loan and FD opening, which is like shooting fish in a barrel but instead of providing me a concrete information everybody was sitting ducks and kept on making excuses like Loan guy is on a break till the apocalypse hit the earth and the system has technical issues due to having less skillet of using computer than a 2nd grader.. Also this lady said to me in a unhackable way that You have money right now for all this but you wont have money later.. Hahaha (irritating chuckle).. Not sure what that chuckle means in Banking Sector but where I come from its plain condescending attitude.. Their people skills much worse than a Golgappe wala who will offer a bowl to anyone who is standing next to his cart.. he is eager to provide his services to everybody unless you specifically say No Sir, I dont need Golgappa. I am here with my friend who however will have golgappa.. I am leaving one star as a review hoping this is the least I was expecting to leave 3 devil signs as a review.. Thanks for reading and if you are someone with control in ICICI, please change things around this branch.. Much obliged..
