They are managing Ibiza Town society in Faridabad. Totally ignorant on matters you put on Mygate. Very unprofessional attitude. They mark the matter as resolved on Mygate just to show their seniors that they have resolved it when on the other hand it remains unresolved at physical level. You put your complaint and no action will be taken towards it or if will be taken, then turnaround time will be like 1 day or 2 days.. Wouldnt recommend any society to hire them.

Sorry , mr sankey prasad & Jay Hennick.. your services at Microtek Greenburg are absolute failure. Your team dont know to serve and cant have any prompt actions. Colliers employee dont log complaints, very lazy in attending the calls, and close issues on their own without resolution. The issues are kept open for months. The Colliers staff is more proxy to Microtek management here. The suicidal part for you, is that on pressure of microtek employee , a small poor plumber can go upto extent of filing a police complaint against residents itself. Dear Collier, you are paid here by us to serve us , you are not our master, and in long run, you may be ousted from job for such anti-service approach. See colliers complaint log register recorded on 18th night, we could not find a single log for whole 16/17 th of June 2020.

You are doing good in nearby societies but colliers has given pathetic services at Microtek Greenburg, Gurgaon during lockdown. Given fake water shortage notice, no cleanliness, no hygiene maintained, no garbage collection from floors, removed dustbins even from all floors, street dog drags garbage in park, removed all security guard from towers. Let me tell you that DLF, Vatika, Palm Green, sky court and other societies managed things nicely during lockdown whereas we are struggling for basic facilities also. Also, estate manager Sumit is extremely unapproachable, unprofessional and pathetic in giving customer service. He is more bossy and less customer centric. If you see the complaints and language used mygate app for notice then you will realise how your brand is dragged to lower grades by your unprofessional staff. Please take immediate action.

Lack of systematic approach in implementation of high risk plans. The recent example of security change in Exotica Dreamville at Noida extension from Panzer to Citiforce. It got changed within 4 days without giving proper demo to residents and taking their consent. The quality of service was quite visible and residents had to suffer alot for 1 week before calling a meeting with their senior officials. Cost cutting at stake of security and making it a hit and trial shows how capable Colliers management is. Very disappointed with this unprofessional approach.

Welcome to India, Colliers.Highly disappointed !Your team is managing a society called Palm Grove heights in Gurgaon (Haryana). I must say they reflect your GLOBAL brand very poorly here. For example:- Some members of the team use abusive language and bully the residents to follow some ridiculous rules based on moral grounds which are not documented anywhere. When they are asked for the copy of such by-laws, residents are completely denied stating you dont have any authority to look into it- Frequently female visitors have been harassed and humiliated by questioning their character, blocking them at the society gate, asking questions like :Are you going to bachelors flat, but you are a female. After 8 pm girls are not allowed in opposite gender flats, we don`t allow such things in our societyYES, they even judge your family members entering your flat. We are living in a metro city for God sake.-Residents are constantly threatened by the Colliers that they would be thrown out in case rules are not followed. Recently one of the members of the Colliers went to the extent of physically harming the resident.@Colliers International are you hiring goons for managing (taming) people.- Now we have come to a stage where colliers is pushing Guards/Security to harass/embarrass our bachelor friends at the main gates.FYI, our landlords are aware of this grave situation here, but they also have been helpless due to colliers arrogant attitude.Irony is that your employees have no string attached to Colliers as well, as they dare us to complain wherever we want.Purpose of writing this review was to let a global firm like you which takes so much pride in its professionalism, service and principles should know what actually happens in the field.
