Very bad experience.My husband’s experience: only oil was applied in the name of body massage and no massage was done properly.Also the room was dusty.There is no facility of taking shower or restroom, one has to go to home after getting applied all the smelly oils.Foot reflexology- nothing was done in that.My experience: so much pressure was applied during massage that body is aching badly instead of feeling refreshed.Also we had doctor consultation in our nearbuy coupon. And we took prior appointment.But after going there, we got to know doctor does not sit there during those hours.We were so excited to go there after reading other google reviews and were looking forward to continue it in the future as well.But we had pathetic and disappointment experience that we are regretting to go even once.

Have been addressing Hypothyroidism with Dr. Garg since august 2018. My symptoms had become very pronounced and it took quite some time to stabilise. But since April till now I can feel a total change in both my energy levels and weight. It takes patience and perseverance by both Doctor and patient. I have been there a few times now. I first went for myself and then took my 4 year old daughter when she had severe congestion. Their nasayam treatment helped her more then the medicines! Recently got Abhyanga done at the clinic.The clinic has untrained / semi skilled therapists who just apply and rub oil without much technique.Hygiene is also compromised - I didnt see washed clean linen being usedApparently no supervision and the doctor / trained ayurvedic practitioner also not available except in the evening.No value for time and money.PS: Steam is giving by attaching a rubber tube to a pressure cooker :) and there is no bathroom for a shower after oil therapy.

It was very good experience for me. I did n’t have big symptoms but doctor was very kind and suggested how to manage my life more. She also found my digestion problem I did n’t realize.I took Shirodhara and full body massage it was also nice. I felt deep relax. Only one problem is I did n’t like the smell of oil. It ’s like grilled fish bone for Japanese…Even though it was a clinic, it was a very good experience to go casually. I also consulted with a doctor and received suggestions for indigestion that I hadnt noticed. Shirodara was comfortable. Only the smell of oil ... was a bit tight, like the bones of a roasted fish.
