Sample collection happen at time but even after 24 hours of sample collection not sure either sample tested or not. Its more than 24 hours neither report delivered nor chat agent able to tell the exact status of the collected sample, its in testing stage or report preparation stage. They dont have customer care support over phone that is pathetic if you want any support spend lots of time to explain your queries/problems and at last they will only raise tkts and will apologize no real help provided by them.

This is the worst platform to get tested. After they take your samples and the money, they do not deliver the test results. The customer care number redirects to the chat agent and the chat agents are of no help. They do not even reply to emails. Never get yourself tested through this platform. Worst service. Not even deserving of one star. Did not receive my RT-PCR test even after 40 hours, as promised and as per the norms of NCR Delhi, which affected my flying plans. Moreover, customer care is not functional after 8pm as if people won’t have grievances from 8pm to 8am 😂. Truly pathetic and a waste of time. Beware, and do not go by their name or perceived brand value. Choose better options and worry less.

Horrible place. Booked Covid home monitoring test for the first time - and had booked it a week back. They didn’t deliver on the day it was rescheduled to the next day.I confirmed it thrice if there’s a possibility it could get cancelled again, they assured me that it can got cancelled now as it has been confirmed.Guess what? Worst service I have ever experienced for any medical Lab!First of all there is no customer care number to connect in case of any issue.My personal experience i have booked 1 test for which the report has to come within 24-48 hrs, but to my surprise, I havent received any report even after 5 days and there was no resolution from their end. Late delivery. Take 48 hours for a simple CBC. Better go to your local lab or Lal Path Labs for better and more accurate results. They always have so called technical glitches due to which their reports get delayed everytime you book them.

Pathetic service. They dont give crucial reports on time. Generally blood reports can be prepared in a day. But these guys will tell you that they will need two days to give report. They will tell you this after you have paid and sample collection is done. And even after promising for report delivery in two days they dont give report in two days also. They dont even honor two days TAT.They dont understand how crucial is time in case of medical reports.Also the price is high which is still fibe if the service is of high quality.I am talking of reports which literally can be done within hours. It’s been more than 48 hours and they still haven’t provided the reports. Dear 1mg Team,My order didnt reached to me on 15th Jan as informed & confirmed while placing the order. It was an emergency need as I was supposed to leave on 16th early morning. I also paid extra delivery amount for same day delivery and same was mentioned on page of order confirmation. I also discussed twice on chat support once in evening and once in morning and was assured that logistics has been informed for urgent delivery. I also has been confirmed on chat twice. It is such an unfortunate event with 1mg that even after paying and double confirmed and keeping trust on your team I kept waiting till now and also missed to take medicine from retail. They called me each time and said that the sample will be collected again. If it was happened once I would have believed it but again. Not acceptable. Most pathetic lab ever. Gave us a wrong covid report. It rides on the branding of other labs. I assumed it was SRL and thats how I landed there... After thr test was over and they told me their brand name I was suspicious already!

Dont go for any test with 1 MG labs, they deliver reports woth out testing, I recently go for full comprehensive package wiht them on 24 Sep 2020, reprots deliver in on 25 Sep 2020 , when I consult with doctor on the reports, doctor said reports are not correct as your medical conditions and reports are like two sides of same river and on the doctor advice I agian got tested wtih Dr Lal and results are completely different from 1MG labs result.When I raise the complaint with them they do not bother to reply even after 96 hours are lapsed after raising complaint.

Results are totally unreliable. I doubt whether they carry out any test at all or follow the righ process for storage/transport. Results seem to be mostly fabricated. I booked complete health check package for one if my relatives who is highly diabetic. Her fasting blood sugar report came as 91 units. Her fasting blood sugar level was close to 200 when checked in two different J&J kits in the same day. HbA1c level was showing as 9 in their report which is close to real value. Thyroid results are also inconsistent. Their call center has no idea where the testing happens. Everything seems to be just eyewash. Wastage of money. No action was taken after complaint was lodged.

I am really regretting using their service. Their turn around time is so long the patient may as well die by the time they send the reports. Totally inefficient and useless, I have booked CBC test m, 1mg team collected blood sample on 26th Aug 2019 at 6:50AM. They have took 47:35 mins (48 Hrs) to upload reports, did able to deliver in days. When I Customer called, executive is said that we are uploaded within 48 Hrs.CPC is very simple test, any lab deliver within 6 hrs but 1mg took. Totally very bad experience and useless.I never recommend to anyone in my circle.

Pathetic service. This doesnt even deserve a single star. Sample test was given for creatinine test 2 days ago whose result in actual scenario takes not more than an hour. These guys arent even sure to generate the results post 48 hours. The said maximum time to produce results is 48 hours which they have failed.
