Horrible experience with Sodexo! Vow to never opt for their services again. Left times internet in Feb and was not made aware that I need to use their coupons till June. The coupons in possession are all 2018 ones. On contacting the company they flatly refused to reimburse the amount on the card. Rs.5000 loss for no genuine fault if mine. Horrible horrible horrible and completely unprofessional and tacky!!
