Highly unprofessional customer handling.Went here for wedding wear for my friend.They have a well presented and an interactive INSTAGRAM Page and that was enough for us to fall for them. The friendliness and assistance disappeared the moment we paid half the price of the outfit we selected. The owner was unresponsive over call/text/whatsapp. We dropped by the boutique several times but to no aid in terms of meeting with the designer/ owner to discuss issues with the outfit, alterations, etc.No denial some of our issues regarding alterations were addressed, but this experience left my friend anxious to approach them for most things because it breaks your heart when you expect a perfect wedding outfit shopping experienceand you get the most *indifferent* approach from the designer.This has left a bitter taste and heartbreak and I wish this happens to nobody else.FYI, The final product had stains and missing sequence work which is very visible to the naked eye. But like I said, we hesitate to approach them because we know it will never be responded to on time.If the owner reads this, please take this as a honest feedback. Youre in the fashion service business and the customer satisfaction should be your priority and we didnt get to experience it one bit after the first visit to your boutique.
