Very very bad experience very poor service they take my all the document for the credit card but after 10 day i cannot receive any call or messages from HDFC bank and #insuringindia. 10 din baad call karta hu to call received nahi kar rahe maine pehle bataya tha agar bana sakte ho to batao warna time waste mat karna inhone pure 2 din mera time kharab kara or aaj 10 din ho ko bhi response nahi hai call tak pik nahi kar rahe customer ko batane k liye ki kya issue aya hai. ye hai inki compay or service. 2 din tak itne calls or followup tha document k liye or 2 din baad jab document de diye to koi call nahi kab tak credit card ayega ya nahi ayega batana tak zaruri nahi samajhte. In logo ki wajha se jo genuine call aati card ya insurgence k liye hume unhe bhi call per ache se teat nahi karte because of bad experience. ye esi company apna to naam kharab karti sathe me dusro ki marketing bhi kharab karti hai. fake company bad experience dont go with them.
