Really good company

Fis global services is one of the baddest organization I have came across. They treat employees like slaves and the management is very rude and egoistic. They have not yet given me my fnf amount and are refusing to do so

MNC in Udyog Vihar near to Airtel building. Gives salary on time and free meal. HR is good but Operations people do not care about the employees working at Team member level. Good for freshers to start their career.

I wish there was a way to give 0 rating.Worst management. Worst supervisors and managers. No work ethics.Manilupative Environment. Do not come here if you care about your mental health because the management will ruin it. Supervisors think youre a slave working for them. Manipulative work culture. Worst company.

Poor coordination !Since morning I was trying to be in touch with company hr just to inquire about job.But continuously it was showing switched off.I dont understand why they have mentioned multiple numbers on naukri if they cant switch on their mobile phones.

I have worked in this company not for very long tenure but whatever duration I have worked for has been one of my most memorable experience. The office staff here is so well mannered and well spoken. It feels like they have been handpicked specially to take care of you. The work experience was so pleasant here that It was my first home. I have also referred a lot of my friends who are still working with this company and they are equally happy even now. This really gives me a proud feeling.

Attractive infrastructure.... With great people...Interviews are going on in FIS for two processes... You can directly go for walk in but their would be tests...

Well Im working here for past 2 months and must say that it is my first job and im having best time here. Also all the staff members are very friendly and co-operative. Also canteen is avilable which is very clean and hygienic.

The infrastructure of this company is eye catching. If you are going to join here then you are lucky. Also if you have an appointment for test to join here Id suggest you to prepare well.

Cab facility, food facility is available for all the employees. Also, you will get growth opportunities here as well if you are doing good.Moreover, if you are willing to work in IT department that options are also available here for you guys.So, I recommend you guys to come and join the company and see your carrier go higher and higher.

This is something you can say an awesome place..you must visit..all items available at one place, they have different shops, staff are gentle..overall a good place . I visited only once but can say that its worth going there again and again.. What do you need? Eating?? : Variations available.. shoes?? : Brands available!! Drinks: multiple brands available.. anything you need, they have variations..you can have a nice date .. even movies are available!!

Not happy with the Supervisors and Managers behaviour, had to leave the Job in current situation because the Supervisor was not letting me work, 3 of team members also left due to the same reason! Worst Experience.

The atmosphere on the production floor is just awesome and i like it.Food are good when they serve chicken, better if they can provide chicken everyday lol.People are all positive minded.Salary never delayed pays well.Whats more , still working.

Nice infrastructure, however interviews can be delayed till 8 pm, so come prepared. Also, have all kind of international BPO jobs, need really good grip on english communication. One of the best places in gurgaon to work for.

Went for the interview there, the company is very good and infra is great but interviewer asked me questions which were from 1st yr of Btech. Like algos and other theoretical..😟😟

The company is located in Gurugram and near by atlas Chowk. The building infrastructure is good and now a days walk in interviews are going for some open positions . Its little far from Delhi, if you want to do job there then best option is live near by the gurgaon.

I have been to FIS Global Solutions. Infrastructure is good but I found that firm quite noisy, no discipline could be found there. The crowd I found above their floor was decent but not their floor...

Lots of politics. To survive need to be a butterer. They can fire you anytime if bang on target regardless of your tenure and performance. Best quote for FIS (Process name: Vodafone UK): Hard to live in Rome and to fight with Pope!They dont believe in retaining existing candidates. They love to hire and fire, keep hiring! Opening is always available for this process.

Poor HR Management.Poor Screening Process of Resume.HR called for interview and they wasted my 3 hours of the day and also scheduled interview for different profile.Worst HR management of FIS Gurgaon.Dont go for interview in this company...Worst company...Don t join this company as they will offer less package according to market standard.

Nice building, but facility are too much frisking

Nice BPO company, many process available like international voice, chat, and domestic, nearest metro station is MG road, building is visible from main road, and it is beside to Airtel. Phase iv udhyog vihar.

Good to work with FIS but lower level management is so rude and they wont make you able to put your things in front of higher level, so I dont suggest anyone to join this especially for Chargeback team.

The best organisation

I am an employee with FIS and I have some concerns to raise to the HR,so tried to approach the HR Spoc,Divyanka Kohli, however she is so unapproachable that I called numerous times before resuming work after medical leaves.She never answers my calls and she is not at all bothered to rwply to text messages.What is this?I want to clarify few things before resuming work but I am very disappointed.

1 STAR FOR THE HR (FINAL TEST INVIGILATOR) | HIRING PROCESSThere is no transparency in the Hiring Process-especially for the Final Online Test i.e. BPAT. Why?Firstly, HR help some people with the answer but not all the applicants (not all are equally treated).Secondly, he hides the scoresheet & doesnt want to show me the test results.Thirdly, [this part is funny] I gave my best shot (not to mention that its the first experience) but the HR guy says, Your score is 1 mark less. You know why my third point is funny to me? Its because I attempt lesser than the first one and I still hear the same, Your score is 1 mark less again. Then, I requested him to show me the result to check out which part of the test lacks me behind but, he simply answered, Grammar! You are lacking behind in Grammar Section. Why do you still want to see your result even after telling you? (no transparency) Come back after 3 months.I aint coming back forever after facing enough experiences. Asked yourself why a candidate wants to check his/her test/exam result.

The staff doesnt respect the time of the candidates who goes for the interview.They will tell you to wait for the next round and will forget about it altogether. Nobody wants to answer any questions and theyll deflect the questions by saying Please wait outside.We all hear everytime that first impression is the last impression, but this place left a very bad impression.If you are going there for the first time, then you have to be very persistent otherwise your time would get wasted.If you can avoid this place then you should.Note: This is my personal opinion, other peoples views may differ.

There are two separate departments here ITO and BPO.All developers, testers, support functions comes under ITO.ITO is a good place here with work life balance in most of the projects and being a product based organization FIS is a stable option to choose.

Good infrastructurr. Fis canteen have a good food and on a subsidised rate.

It looks like great place to work but from inside dont have any kind of understanding.Break will be as per management with structure of 40_20 minutes but no timeline. Can get just after starting your shift or after completing 4.5 hours. Sometime will only get one break of 40 minutes. If you talk about week off will get split week off and no one is there to give exception even if you work hard also.

Nice infrastructure. Good space for parking. I went there for the interview and they have many chairs as well for the candidates. Interview rooms are there. Overall I would like to say it is good.

FIS Global is only for those who are dedicated enough to work with passion... and are good enough with calculations. Environment is amazing. Support will be all yours, but again only if you are willing enough to work even under pressure.

This company is best for fresher. They are providing excellent salary structure. Apart from this their recruitment team is very fine, although time taking like other companies. BPAT test is very tough as there are chances you could get reject because they need proficiency.Company location is fine, it is next to bharti airtel near atlas chowk.So all the best.

Good working area with supportive superiors and staff. Its best place to work if you are a freshman and looking for jobs in this industry. We have many multi national companies as our clients like Vodafone, Google, etc. But, please be aware they are very strict with their rules and we have very hactic work life in biggening.

Best place for freshers but the kind of work pressure here is unparralleled.Every thing comes at a price so they do pay you the best. Perhaps the best in gurgaon and there are people who earn lakhs per month just on incentives.

. Their interview hall is really crowded. You have to wait at least 2-3 hours for first round of interview. You have to spend most of time standing here because they dont have infra to facilitate high volume candidate. Let me tell you about company. Company deals financial transactions technology. In Gurgoan they have call center and back office Operations related to their business. Its one of the best company in Gurgoan. Itll provide you a handsome package but itll provide you best working environment and growth opportunities.

It is a call centre company.Having 5000 employees working in day and night shifts.It is also having a very big canteen serving variety of foods at cheaper rates.

I am working in this company from last 3yrs and love to work in this company because of the environment and surroundings of the company. Also a good job satisfaction is there in this company. Yes, there are some issues with transpotation but in respect to the company i can definately neglect that thing.

The companies policy is to hire candidates nd throw out in 3months..... future is not safe in this company.... They dont even give warning to a candidate they just throw them out.... My advice not to join this company if u want ur future to be safe

Pathetic recruiters. Their recruitment style is still ages old, specifically in terms of communication check of a candidate. They must understand that those ways and methods are no more relevant and also will not help select the right candidate. Surely they miss on the true professionals who are best fit for the job.

Unprofessional and unorganized. They do mass hiring for major companies but have no clue of what positions need to be filled. Recruitment team are represented by bunch of illiterates.

Since this is my first job and I feel very lucky for being a part of this company.. Everything is perfect here..Whether it atmosphere, surroundings, infrastructure, facilities..Everything is just perfect here..

Not good company I am selected for account payble (CFO) role and my all round clear but after completion next day said position on hold thats not give you offer letter .I am very disappointed from there behaviour and said look for some other company . I am wasted my 5 days and conveyance . I have all document of clear of my exam which are conducted by Fis .

Working environment is great. It was great to work here and have learned many great things while working.

Worst experience of my life. After clearing all the rounds, got selected for the vodafone chat process. But at the time of giving offer letter, HR told me you live in an unhiring zone.. like seriously.. wasted three days for this process. Before interview I already had a talk with HR about my place but still FIS is very irresponsible.
