Needs to take customer seriously, Two of the locations out of three recommended in New Delhi were either closed or already booked for the days event was scheduled. Over all teams was slack and disinterested for helping the need. I would not recommend this app/ website to anyone.

I must say there were quite a few good options given in the allotted budget and the people at VM really relieved me of the stress to search for venues for any sort of events or parties in the future.Overall, pretty satisfied as it also made me look good in front of my office colleagues.

Worst services ever .. Contacted them many times but seems they have a lot of business so they dont need customer any more....Am in hurry of finalizing a venue but they take it lightly that you have alot of time... Would never suggest this to anyone in my lifetime....They dont know how to deal with there clients....Poor service....

One of my friends had suggested me to book my kids birthday party venue through VenueMonk last month. I sent an enquiry, put up my basic details and bam! They sent me the venue-options which were really awesome and assisted me throughout the event-planning. My event expert Aditya was very helpful and took into consideration all the little details for the event to help us book. Moreover, the prices were below the market price! I really appreciate their service, I had a great experience with VenueMonk and recommend them to everyone!

I registered myself and hoping to get a call from them within 24 hours....which I didnt...so I called them instead and they asked all my requirements and promised to connect me to restaurents meeting my needs...its been a few days since that call and Im still waiting... highly dissatisfied with venuemonk

My experience with venue monk was horrible. i called them to inquire about a party and the person cut the call as soon as i stated my requirement and kept cutting the call multiple times as i tried to contact. i was in an urgent need for a venue and i was let down. Pathetic !
