Worst company.Regional bias to even shortlist candidates.

No learning, poor projects, below par compensation with a management not having any consideration for the employees.Work life balance is good mainly because there just are not enough projects. Leading to a work culture of micro-management and blurring of work definitions between analytics/data scientists with business development.While at a certain point, there was a team of really intelligent colleagues and managers, they have been replaced with poor recruits with no actual understanding of the world of analytics.Poor investment in an in-house product too has made the company desperate for any client willing to use the product.Last but not the least, there is literally no transparency. Opportunistic management made the decision of cutting 50% salaries, no bonuses and no appraisals just one week into lockdown despite having a good year financially and losing no existing clients with no regard for their employees at all. Good performers were not differentiated from average/bad performers in any way or form.Overall, a really poor experience which was somewhat nullified by some really good ex-colleagues and ex-managers.
