Being the perfectionist that I am, I know I gave you a tough time, checking and double checking everything, but you answered all my doubts very patiently without a trace of annoyance. The decor was exceptionally beautiful, the guests were all praise for it. Everything else - the return gifts, the cake, the games coordinator was just perfect. You guys rock and would recommend you to each and every parent who is looking to organize a similar event .Thanks a ton !!

Vaishali helped to organize 1st birthday party for our son. She was able to capture what we wanted in the Party and was able to execute on it without much oversight from us. She also gave good ideas for what we can incorporate based on our vision. The result was an outstanding decorations with beautiful cake table and entertainment which was engaging for adults and kids. Her recommendation for the photographers was great as well as they were very personable and we can’t wait for the photographs to get done. Overall everyone enjoyed the party which was the bottom line.

Kriti, who manages the Agra Sector made every effort to make it a Delhi level party ! The cake table was exactly like it came out of Pinterest. La pitara has done my daughter’s 1st birthday party and i must say that they did a great job. They put in all their efforts to make my party a success. Good work done by La Pitara at my sons birthday party though not satisfied with the other vendors they provide, specially the photographer was a disaster. But their own execution of designs is nice.

They are expensive so they provide you a good decoration for what you pay, however, we had a major disappointment with the bouncy. La Pitara sent in a bouncy suitable for 3-4 kids even though they knew the event is for 35-45 kids. Worse of all, the pump of the bouncy was a proper rickety jugaad..it was noisy, with exposed wires and made a horrible noise resulting in a bouncy which kept collapsing when kids jumped on it. We finally had to order for the bouncy to be deflated when 2-3 kids fell upon each other.... Things go wrong but the disappointing part was the La Pitara does not want to own up to it....Further update on the Response from the owner: I should left this clarification a LOT sooner but didnt do so due to paucity of time. The response from the owner appears to show that La Pitara cared and responded to our concerns after our review was posted. Let me say it straight on the record here on our review that post my posting of the review here on Google, Vaishali called my wife and had a proper go at her for the review posted - so much so for treating customer as God.She completely blamed La Pitaras own supplier for the bouncy screw up, washed her hands off the whole thing, not realising the fact that the supplier of the bouncy was infact arranged by La Pitara themselves. The polished response given by the owner does not quite expose the unpolished treatment you get offline for leaving an honest review of the actual experience seen. This team responds very badly to an honest review - till date - La Pitara believes that all my complaints with the bouncy are valid and they agree that someone could have got badly hurt but they just do NOT believe that they are to blame when they are themselves responsible for arranging the bouncy. Go figure! Readers can make their own assessment but be very mindful of the backlash that follows a bad review...

La pitara Vaishali Gupta Agarwal did a great job in managing my sis wedding functions starting from cocktail, mehndi, shagan and wedding. I must say she has great understanding of all the things. She is innovative, good listener, open to suggestions. Overall a great work done by her whole team. CHEERS
