I have seen the worst management here.. I would like to share my experience coz m really really frustrated.. they can recruit any person right now. Coz they have requirements in their processes.. not even a single person is supportive.. even when you are learning something .. you need sometime to learn..But they want everybody to be perfect without supporting in any situation.. this is my worst experience..

Hi guys , dont ever work for this company . In the starting they treat you good but there is no appreciation or rewards for your achievements. One of my friend got promoted from agent to TL but he is still working on same salary from last 1 year . They give you false commitments for salary hike every time you ask them. Operations Assistant manager is supportive and he will always help you but Operations Manager is a crazy person who dont have any kind of professionalism and also lack values.

Dont go there. It doesnt matter you are fresher or not they will treat you like a thing and they will scold you to work for late. Even they can increase working hour whenever they want. I worked there for 6 months and it was like a mentally torcher. I complained against them but no one did nothing to them. Ram who is manager now he is not a good fellow. Stay away from this call center.

Every thing seems to be good enough , the only issue Is the dress code..see i believe when youre totally relaxed you end up taking good callsAnd how do you take the good calls by wearing any things you might make us comfortable and there is no client who will drop in to see what attire youre wearing..but critics will always bring out the pro and the conI hope that this idea of wearing office attier Will change change in something comfortable in TimeBut how does one go about doing it...well we have to be vocal about it....and until and unless they dont get it , you neet not give up , just keep pushing and a time will come when we can wear anything and the whatever we want as long as we are performing good...

It is a very good place to work with superb super visor and others senior and lot of things we learned from there. I have also a very good experienced in this company so thanks a lot to all of them.

Good office enviorment with good cafetteria and seniors are helpfull but salary is too low here but overall good office for freshers

Manegment is very bad. And the language they use is disaster. I cant explain how bad they use.

I have worked 2 years in arcis very bad experience .no rules and regulation management is very bad.not good salary even incentives are not their.if employe earn incentive then it will take 3-4 month to distrubute and some times management digest our incentive as my incentive has not given to me.HOD sachine sukla very bad person rude behaviour and lyer.if employee visit for fnf he do not sign in kit .i am not only the one for every employee H.o.d behavior is rude.now from now i will not suggest to anyone to join arcis..and we acheive our targets but our management says its not been acheive.i never want to work in such organisation.not a single employee is happy with this organisation.and new employee salary is better then old employee .
