I have been living here for three months and am very pleased. The construction is very nice. Balconies are huge and the view is also okay. Greens and clean place.

ILD Greens, what should i say. I am the owner and Resident of one of the flats in OC granted towers. You will get much open space as compared to any nearby society, be it Taxshila, Corona, Imperia, Apex..3 sides open flats with ample cross ventilation. Sufficient open parking spaces and basement covered parking (not operational).Builder is crook.. Charging 3.75 psft as maintenance without any club, swimming pool, gym.. Handful of guards n day to day issues..In case of heavy rain along with wind, water comes inside flat thru main entrance(faulty design and water outlet) and thru silding glass doors..No permanent society entrance /exit gates.. One temporary is what everyone using..Bats in basement and snakes in open area at night is common feature.Builder just wash his hand on every issue raised by residents. Try to do jugaad in everything.No govt supplied electricity, water, sewage after 3 years of possession. Builder does not have money for anything. Now even after getting full maintenence @ 2.5rs psf. Housekeeping, lift security, horticulture all are in very bad condition with frequent breakdowns.

Gated society and having great structure. Best structure and design around. Peaceful and dynamic people around. Best place to live. Though having challenges from Builder.

This is not a good builder. We have invested in this property and the possession was suppose to be give by mid 2018, they stopped the work and now openly admitting that they dont have money to start it. They have been misusing funds for a very long time now. They are not at all clear about when they plan to deliver the project. I invested in T2 which is their signature and most expensive tower. If there is any group of people who have invested in them and are planning to take legal action please let me know.

This is big housings society. Here are good job skills for people . This is near by Basai Gurgaon Haryana.

This lies in one of the farther areas which are under development, instead this place hold the potential to be one of the developed areas in near future.Also there is a beautiful view.

Pros*******good open area ratio, peaceful, no traffic noise , proximity to sector 10, Basai chowk,cons******possession give for Tower 3,4,5Open Parking, no club house yet, no government electricity all power via DG.water supply via tanker , no sewerage..All work halted , not progressing in last 2 yrs, many ppl got cheated since work stopped , builder is saying he has no fund to start the work again ..deadlock..Big No to any investment in these legally obstructed flats

ILD Greens New launch Apartments are high rise apartments located at Sector-37C Gurgaon.2/3/4 BHK residential apartments complex by ILD Group.Only couple of towers are occupied rest others are under construction as on dateMany prominent builders have upcoming projects in this area

Ild is a fraud. It provided the possession of Tower 3, 4 in year 2016 end. Still failed to provide government electricity, water supply, sewage system, clubhouse, swimming pool, gym, kids area etc. He has taken the money for all facilities, however yet to deliver the same.

Builder is a cheat, despite of delayed possession there was no delay penalty. The builder increased the super area fraudently by 11% and dishonored the builder buyer agreement. It took them 9 years to give possession and still there is no electricity, water and sewer connection. The builder had taken money for club membership and covered parking but till date there is no club, swimming pool or covered parking.The builder had diverted the funds to other projects and currently they have no funds left to allocate to the project.The society is running on DG electricity 24/7. The current states of the society is very poor with waterlogging and mosquitoes everywhere. Plasters are falling from here and there and builder is taking no steps to improve the state of affairs.Please dont invest in this property.

Biggest fraudulent builder accross delhi NCR , they made false promises with everyone

3bhk price are around 70 lakhs and rent is 18000

Got possession after 4years of dealy (Nov 2016) . No delay penalty received.No Government electricity, no Government water, no club , no swimming pool.
