Not at all a good experience. They came to take clothes immediately after calling but while returning I had to keep chasing them. And its being a repeated experience of them delaying delivery of washed clothes. The clothes themselves were smelling bad as if they were not dried properly. The stains were persistent. The washed clothes had to be rewashed.
