Lost my brand new jeans... My favourite, super expensive jeans lost in a jiffy. I have been visiting the place repeatedly for getting it back, offered them money for returning my own jeans, all in vain. Super flop service, ill-responsible staff. Worst laundry service ever!

Really bad customer service. Used it for over a year like a fool and realised there are much better options available in the vicinity. They are never keen on taking the extra mile for loyal customers. Cant even get them to send two laundry bags instead of one. Struggled through out the year. Now finally moved on to other affordable and better options.

They have lost my branded jens and didnt respond to calls. They have taken 4 days to delover the cloths and still jeans was missing, worst service ever, if you love your cloths do not trust on them

The laundry service is ok. The only problem that is faced is that sometime the clothes have detergent residue leftover. The pricing are also affordable.

I have used a couple of laundry services in gurgaon and these guys are very professional. Every time someone comes to pick or deliver they call and they stick to their promised time.The quality of washing is good. None of my items have ever gone missing. Thwy take care while ironing the clothes. They also take cafe of the instructions.Their rates are also very competitive.I use it once in two months.

I would have rated 0 if there was an option to do so, they do not deserve even one star, I gave my blanket for dry cleaning. but they totally ruin it. the reason is instead of dry cleaning they just simply washed it and i can smell surf excel means what they have dry cleaned it with surf excel. totally waste of money.

Everytime almost they spoiled my white clothes, whenever i give them to wash. Benefit applies only for Tuesday as they offer 20% off.

Do not recommend for your expensive and quality clothing. Dry cleaning ruined my winter jacket and overcoat.

Pay attention to the price list. You might be offered a package differ from the list. Dont be ripped off.

Crowded place have lot of taxies moving here and there picking and dropping employes. Lot of small dhabas and many more. People are nice including shopkeepers and lot of gyms are also nearby.

Called 6-7 times but they did not picked up clothes from gurgaon palam vihar and wasted my day.Wont use them in future.

Have taken their services twice. Found their services reasonable .

The best service in Gurgaon. Nobody can beat their quality.

Pathetic service, its been two times that i have given clothes and they were dirty and not properly cleaned and also the delivery is never made on time and at the time of delivery it is always said that Sir we dont have any delivery guy kindly pick it up and waste a lot of time, never going to use it again...
