I would highly recommend Grace Fertility. Dr. Francis Lee is warm, personable, knowledgable and kind. Unfortunately I moved during my fertility cycle and switched clinics. The clinic I am with now runs like a business where you are just a number in line. You never get to talk to the doctor, you just go through the nurses. Grace Fertility you have a sit down conversation with the Dr. after each ultrasound to discuss every detail. I was always kept informed and felt I could trust my doctor. I felt I was in good hands. Nothing but a great experience with this clinic.

As I am reading through the positive review of other patients, I wonder if Grace is selective in the patients they want to provide great support and service rather than treating everyone the same.I was given promise and expectation from Grace in the first initial consultation that they will support me anyway and count on them through the fertility process. Because I mentioned, I did not get the support I needed in my first fertility clinic because all they wanted was for me to spend money instead of seeking a natural fertility alternative.Grace Fertility - Everything went great in the beginning. The doctor asked me what I wanted to do after I took all the tests. - I suggested lets try fertility pills as it was less invasive to my body because the doctor said my test all look well. On the phone, he said, lets try the pills and then come back for an ultrasound checkup because I want to see if the pills are working for you. When I received a phone call from the nurse afterward, I was told there is a cost for the ultrasound checkup when I come back, but this was what the doctor wanted. So I wrote back questioning with concern about why it was not informed at the start with the fee as I did not need to pay for all the previous ultrasound. The nurse got back to me and said the management/ senior person would reach out, because she has not idea which I thought was very unprofessional But 2 months gone by no one reach out to me to properly explain. During this time, I was given 2 cycles of subscription for fertility pills. In between, I was proactive in finding out if the doctor wanted to set up a time to discuss, but the nurse told me he is away. I am in my 3rd month after I have prescribed fertility pill treatment - no one from the fertility or doctor had taken the liberty to follow up. I am very disappointed in Grace - it makes me wonder all these fertility clinics will only give time and support to you if you are requesting treatment that brings in large revenue.

Ive been blown away by the responsiveness, empathy and compassion shown by Dr. Cheung, Dr. Lee, and the staff at Grace Fertility Centre. IVF patients like myself have no shortage of choices, as there are many fertility clinics across Canada. I have experienced many challenges as a single man trying to fulfill my family dream, and I also guide others in this similar quest.Grace Fertility Centre is a very small clinic, but has a huge heart. I would like to especially acknowledge and applaud the key administrative personnel, namely Cara and Karen for always going above and beyond to make people like myself and my clients feel welcome and supported throughout this often difficult journey to parenthood.Thank you.

I have had only positive experiences with Grace. Their donor coordinator, Karen, is very communicative and responds in a timely manner to all inquiries. She is attentive to my many questions. The doctors and nurses at the clinic are very warm and make you feel very comfortable. I would recommend this clinic.

My experience with Grace Fertility Centre was amazing! From the moment I was referred up until now that I am 26 weeks pregnant. I was always careful and clearly advised. I can only recommend the centre.I am so glad I came across with Grace and their gorgeous staff!

Because my doctors name was not included in their email to me, I did not connect their company name Grace Fertility Centre, to the gynaecologist that my doctor said she was referring me to for an issue completely unrelated to fertility!. Good on them for immediately responding to the review to explain how they got my email.NEVER heard of them until I got a random email from them claiming Thank you for choosing grace fertility ....... If they fake it when marketing a medical procrdure, think of what they may be capable of faking when they have your real personal information?

We can only highly recommend Grace Fertility Center. Dr Cheung was really helpful in our decision making process and we had the pleasure to be taken care of by Karen : with the distance (we live in France) and covid-19, our journey was not the easiest one but she definitively made it less stressful with her professionalism and empathy!

We ended up conceiving naturally, but the care and compassion we received from this clinic was way beyond our expectations. Dr Cheung went out of his way to monitor my pregnancy every two weeks by doing an ultrasound in his clinic at no cost, he was able to deliver the results right away and had time for any questions. His team is amazing. One of the nurses at Grace fertility, Susan, followed up to book my appointment with an OBGYN. I received numerous emails from the nurses in the first couple of weeks of my pregnancy just to follow up on my blood results. The best fertility clinic in the Lower Mainland!

Dr Cheung and his team supported me from 2014 to 2021 till I finally became a mother. They were patient and never gave up on my journey to become a mother. This speaks volumes, as I know many a clinic that would have stopped trying.

Extremely friendly staff - dr. Chung, dr. Lee and nurse Michelle made every visit as comfortable and smooth as possible. Even though we ended up conceiving naturally, their help and knowledge was most beneficial. They referred me to an amazing OBGYN and nurse Michelle continued to answer some minor questions for me via email. Nothing but good feedback for this clinic.

Took a while to get refered here and wow, what an awful experience I had here. Awful uncompassionate staff long waits ect.

AMAZING.TEAM. & THANK.YOU. My husband and I have been trying for years. We were referred to Olive first but it was a horrible experience. We did our research this time and had our family doctor refer us to Grace. Ever since their first call, it was a pleasant experience. Dr. Cheung was professional yet so friendly and down to earth. He answered all our questions patiently and was very thorough. He helped us pinpoint the cause after all these years and I am now pregnant after our first treatment. We are very grateful of Dr. Cheung and his team, and would recommend them to anyone whos trying to conceive. We heard Dr. Cheung has never taken any vacation except this year to see his family. He has his own cellphone set as the clinics emergency line. Thats what I call dedication! I wish to express my gratitude to Dr.Cheung and his staff, who supported my pregnancy despite extremely slim odds. From the first phone call, it was obvious I was not going to be spend a lot of money at their clinic, and despite that, I received amazing long distance care. This group clearly understands our struggle as desperate mothers to be and does NOT exploit this (unlike other clinics). Dr.Cheung was kind, attentive and quick with his diagnosis and treatment: I may not be a great candidate but I feel much better for having had an opportunity to work with him and have been given the honest truth in a sensitive and caring manner.Whatever happens going forward, I am confident that everything which could have been done was offered to me.Thank you very much for everything.

Patients undergoing IVF are in their most vulnerable states however, Dr. Cheung and his staff have a positive impact on patient care. Today is the first day of the ninth week of pregnancy and Id like to show my sincere thanks and gratitude towards grace fertility. Also to my dearest older sister who is now at her late forties yet willing to help me conceiving a baby. Not only does Doc. Cheung provide us with excellent service, the nurses and the receptions are particularly helpful and kind, eager to help us in any way they could. The appointments are well arranged and the waiting area is cozy. The first doctor who introduced the IVF to us (Doc. Zhang) is very convincing and warmhearted. I would definitely recommend Grace fertility to my friends and colleagues. Thank God for letting me have this opportunity to know you guys and giving me this chance to form a family.
