Return policy is written in disguise. Sales product are showing return policy on their sales page and then in small text, it says sales product are not eligible for return. They are not highlighting it properly.Also, the brand quality is not good. Its shiny but not good quality, thats why you will see high prices (manipulated) with good discounts to allure you and then its non-returnable.Avoid the brand.

Miraggio has an amazing collection of handbags. From the packaging to the quality of the bag, they have taken care of each and every thing. The most unique part is the special message that comes along with the packaging signed by the founder himself. I feel that really gives them extra points as compared to other brands, as they never leave the opportunity to make their muse feel special. Other than that, the quality of the bag has been absolutely A1 and the bag has enough space to put in all my essentials.

Poor customer support !I was indeed taken away by their collections initially hence placed an order.Received the bag almost after 20 days of placing the order. We still understood thinking of the Covid situation. The disappointment increased when exactly after 30 days the bag handle came off & the customer support denies acknowledging support/exchange.I wouldnt recommend!

Horrible quality of the bag, plus the costumer care sucks. I sent them at least 5 messages including mails but there is no response. I tried calling them and only after multiple attempts did anyone even bother to pick up the phone, and as soon as I mentioned returning a product they put me on hold and cut the call and them didnt pick up the next few times. Pathetic service.

After receiving the product ,I was pretty stoked . From the packaging to material, everything was top-notch. I wont be reluctant to spend money when it comes to Miraggio bags ❣️
