Worst customer service..Sells damaged electronic items..Will never recommend to buy anything from this store..We purchased LG 55 inch TV last weekend, at the time of installation the TV speakers were not working. The installation person without proper consents opened the TV and tried to fix the issue and sparking came.Now we are asking for the replacement and these guys are not entertaining at all. Also they denied to register the complaint, and after lot many arguments they registered but not helping.The sales person at the time of sell tried various ways to convince to purchase 4 years extended warranty with anytime replacement. And now these guys are not replacing the TV, even though on the backside of the receipt it is clearly written that any issue with product till the time of demo / installation - product is eligible to replace.These guys are such a big fraud.Update: After 2 days of arguments - croma got ready for the refund, since we escalated to social network platforms. So, changing rating from 1 to 3 and deleting the images.
