I was trying to order Bose headphones using online platforms but my colour preference wasnt available anywhere online. I called the Bose store to ask if they had the product and requested if there was a possibility to deliver it to my location. The store manager went out of his way to come all the way to my society to drop the product. I had really thought that they would either courier the product or request me to pick it up from the store which would have been okay but the experience as a customer, that was extremely heartening. I love the product and its exactly what I was looking for. Thank you for the great experience.

Good service and genuine Bose products (of course). However, no deals.. You can find better deals at different offline / online stores.

I didnt find what I was looking for. But this stuff are very helpful

They usually have the good range of Audio systems but if you ask them for trail they seems to be showing no interest we asked them for a 5.1 surrounding sound systen demo but they said their setup was not warking. We asked them to show demo of other product but they also denied for that too saying its was also not working. It shows their unprofessional behaviour for us.But discussing about range of product they have good range.

Products are excellent but I wish they were more affordable. Then I guess you have to pay for quality.

Hello,I have visited there today and one of the executive who are selling net geo SIM have talked so blunt and said that SIM filling forms are not available there.One of my friend has purchased the SIM from this stores and not activated yet even after taking 15 days so the activation code has been expired at all.I havent seen such a poor customer care till date. Need to train these executive well related to customer handling.I hope some of them from feedback analyst will pick this up.

Recently Bought Television from Reliance Digital at Ambience Mall.. The service they commit never get fulfilled. They will only insist you to make the payment for the product. Once you do that, you will find yourself unimportant. Will deliver your product only after a fight with customer care. No service will be given because their job is somehow got over. It is defiinately affecting the Brand. Will suggest others to better purchase the desired product from anywhere than from Reliance Digital.

Bought two SanDisk, 16gb Micro SD Class 10 for tomorrows shoot, One of which was not working. The adapter seems bad. I have a flight tomorrow morning @7:00. When i called to check if there can be something they could do about it, noone cared to even pick the phone in the working hours.Kudos!!!!

Worst experience ever at their Ambience Mall Store in Gurgaon. Billing staff was not courteous. Product was described did not meet our expectation. Their listed number is coming busy since morning. Called their helpline for a replacement query bt i was asked to visit the store and speak to manager as they can only take a call. Disappointing..
