I purchased a handbag... They got the piece checked by me... And it was all ok.. and then they changed the piece with the defected one... When i reached them the next day, they again did the same thing.This is cheating... Not expected from the staff of aldo

Very bad shoe quality, i have given a pair of shoes for repairing because of poor pasting quality,was informed that i will get back my shoes within 15 days but in spite of regular follow ups by visiting the store i have not got my shoes even after 2 months.The number given by them for follow up is switched off.I had to discard one pair of sandals just after wearing it twice as the store manager told that they dont entertain any issue related to chip off.

I called so many times.. just to confirm if you have mens shoe ( ricmann-27) in your store or not.. i didn’t get that from Ahmedabad aldo store... so i thought to confirm from your store select city walk aldo delhi...but after repeatedly calling so many times .. you guys didn’t pick up my phone..is this the way you handle your customers. I didn’t like you service at all.

The worst store in the world. Arrogant rude manager. Sold damaged bag & on returning it, sent it for repairs 2 times, ruined the bag. Finally issued a refund voucher with time limit of 15 days. Nightmare. No one should patronize this store
