The response from Doctors Hub is pathetic. I have tried to call them for some consultation with 2 different mobile numbers and almost 20 times but their team is been ignoring the calls. Meanwhile the call was waiting for a couple of times which eventually mean that they could see the incoming calls.Ridiculous behaviour. In a profession like this you guys need to pick up the call immediately and check the urgency level first.Couldnt Give more poor ratings to them, but personally reach Google India team to delist them.

Good place and professional approach. Friendly approach which makes an impact. Time management can be improved to reduce the waiting time.

Doctors are good, waiting time is less and they respect other peoples time! Doctor is approachable too :)

Excellent Clinic -Dr.Manisha, Dr.Joyeeta Basu and Dr.Arvind Kumar are experienced Doctors.I always had a great experience consulting them.So highly recommend this place.Staff here is Extremely professional.

I am super glad that I was recommended Dr. Joyeeta Basu at Doctors Hub. Professional,very competent, friendly & reassuring besides the fact that the hub is a one stop shop for many tests -saves you time & effort. Moreover the Hub is up to date on using technology as a communication means with the patients which just makes everything more efficient. I would recommend, Dr Basu & the Hub anyday.

My mother had to show a report and the receptionist was very rude did not let her through and the waiting patients were so rude that nobody even bothered to get up and give seat to a senior citizen. this in spite of the fact that its been going there for years. Extremely commercial in nature they they want to give preference to paying patients rather than any other reason. Sad!

Waited 45 mins for an appointment I was on time for; twice

Appointments are often delayed but the doctors are good.

I have a bad experience visiting in Doctors hub I would prefer to visit place where I can approach to Doctors when I need it.

This rating is given purely on the basis of the time sense of the management here, they have absolutely no punctuality for patients ,they will give you an appointment for 12:30 and make you wait for 2 hours after taking the payment upfront, this has been a recurring experience at this place.
