Overall treatment is effective but the doctor is very rude and it is not too early for me jump to this conclusion, i have had quite a few experiences with her where she has not spoken or replied in a good manner like if you call her after the consultation day regarding medicine or any query she will reply “jaldi karo jaldi karo yaar mere paas time nahi hai” and i dont expect a doctor to be this rude when i have fully paid for the treatment. Went to max hospital Gurgaon to dr Shuchi Shingla for my mom who is 60plus. As mom had fungal infection concern. In the first place mu moms appointment was scheduled for 6:00 pm and doctor reached hospital only at 6:45pm . In this COVID situation wherein i was apprehensive of taking my mom who is elderly to a hospital setting. She waited there for the doc to come for 45 mins. N when she came she was not able to treat her the way she was expected to . My overall experience was pathetic. Terrible is the word ... would think 1000 times now before going to max hospital now 👎👎👎👎... ! Super disappointing

I had consulted Dr. Shuchi for my rare skin rash and swelling. She had explained me the cause of such rash and treated me with some cream andtablets. Initially I had some reservation about the curing process as the doctor was so young and whether she had experience to treat such ailments. Worst experience, I consulted her at max gurgaon and visited her 4- 5 times. On ana occasion she never spent more than 3- 4 minutes.
