When we entered the showroom no one came to attend us although there were no other costumers. After waiting for few minutes I had to ask at the counter to assist us as they were busy Chatting/Paperwork. The Showroom is Cramped. The person who was assisting us didnt have proper knowledge of the bike (RR310)

They are a bit lazy and talking tone is as if they dont care selling a product to you..khareedo na khareedo hame kya.. post payment services are not up to mark. They say theyll take 30.minutes for paperwork, theyll actually take 2 hours. During preparation of your bike, if you roam around to see if they doing things properly, theyll take the bike elsewhere and ask you to wait.

Talk to the customer very angrilyWhile taking the bike, they talk with great love, after buying the bike, consider the customer as a joke.misbehave with the customer

This place is really old and the employees also. The TVS products are really good no doubt in that but the some of the employees are very lazy and doesnt care about customer service. And once you have bought the the product the after sales services are not very customer friendly. I think this place is only running because good TVS products and some good employees otherwise it would have been in ruins.

It has the worst service centre in the world if you go there are new issues can come to your bike and cannot be resolved by them so dont waste your money because its totally wasting of your money

Very bad experience. During the telephonic conversation all the price and deals were finalized and when i went to showroom for the delivery of vehicle they denied from there commitment and said that we can give you the vehicle on this price only because they got an another call from any another customer for the same product thats why i was refused. I clearly listened there conversation. Suggest you to never go this showroom.Ruff staff .....They are not understand customers time value

Very Pathetic services, useless staff.I got my scooty serviced from there, not a single fault from my scooty was repaired, infact the good working part ceased off working after there service.I contacted them, were not picking my phone. After calling 3-5 times they picked up the call and said we will send mechanic to the your place, and then said we are not able to send the technician.Same they did last time. They took extra money on servicing and promised that well not take labour charge on next service but at time of service they said we have not made any such service.Very Pathetic services. Never visit there again nor allow any one from my contact to visit there.

Poor customer service experience. They are only keen in selling their products and post sales, they tend to completely ignore their customers. Had poor experience while purchasing a Jupiter scooter from them. Had to literally push them for properly preparing the scooter. There were some loose parts which we had to notify them and push for change. What was extremely frustrating was the way they behaved once the payment was done in their account. The sales executive who was pushing us for prebooking the scooter a day before was a changed personality once the sale was closed from his end. Post sales experience was poor, hence leaving a poor review for them. Otherwise the location is OK, hope they work on the attitude of their sales guys and become a better experience point for their customers.

Pathetic service and staff too .... I am regretting why i purchased this brand and also service is sssooooo pathetic i will never ever recomend this brand and service center to any one.. Even after regular service my scootys engine got ceased, means they have not dont service properly And its body is so thin .Staff is not experienced at all .. I purchased this scooty in aug 2017 , now engine stopped working this is because of this service center or the product quality For engine they asked 16000 rs +1800 labour fee.

Never buy any vehicle from here. They make costomers fool. They dont tell any details while selling and later they deny any responsibility and if you take loan for the vehicle they will not tell you the hidden charge and and later ask for the extra money. I really had horrific experience with them. No one even talks to you properly once you paid the money for the vehicle. its been 3 months and i havent received my RC yet. Dont trust them. They will tell lies to sell their scooter. They didnt notify you once the number plate arrives at showroom. You have to call and comes to ask for it. I got my number plate after 2 month. Once you bought the vehicle they wont even response to you.

Two days before i purchased a Jupiter from Choudhary motors. Untrained staffs, show room not manage well. Customer was not entertain once vehicle sold. If TVS will consider these small things , Jupiter sale can increase from 60k to 1 Lakh + per month .

Very poor service even my scooter was working better than after service. It was a first service and now kick is moving around the wheel. Self is not working, kick is not working how can I start it? Again I went to service center they worked again and said that problem has been fixed. Next morning when I tried to start but same problem was there.Why are you people wasting time and money of others. If you dont have expertise to do service then stop making fool to others. Let it handle to some smart people not like you who made my experience worst.

TVS 2wheelers available here but their showroom is little unmanaged and not decorated properly. You get get vehicle at good price here but accesories display board is not maintained and only few old items are placed.

This was my 3rd time, when I visited this showroom and all the time I fell disappointed in term of customer service and work management.1st time I bought a 2 wheeler from this showroom and they took around 5 hr to deliver the same and also miss to horn wire to connect.2nd time I went to fix my horn on the same day, and they told me to go TVS service centre to fix this...3rd time I went to receive my number plate and some of his workers dont know how to fix a number plate and they made a big hole in the number plate and took around 3 hr to solve this. I was the only one in queue...Very disappointed with the service and management....

I have purchased a rtr 200 4v, worst service from service centre at sitala maata road, poor parts and battery provided from showroom. Dont go for TVS guys. Their service is only for 1 year that too came with its warranty book. Worst manufacturers.
