Service in Brawn automobile is good at the time of sale as per my last review staff is helpful however the service center is pathetic they dont have in-house washing available hence they get it washed from local third party car washing center.they will deliver the bike to you in pathetic condition whithout even knowing the knowledge of cloth and how to clean the bike.

My classic 500 desert storm got serviced. Overall service done good but they charge high labour price in royal enfield service center. Cost of labour is more than the cost of spare parts.

I visited Brawn Automobiles as many as 4 times in last 1.5 years but one thing will never change i.e the rude behaviour of there staff.They dont even have the complete knowledge still atitude is quite high.Cons :1-No help they will provide you if you want to know something .2- Rude behaviour .3- They dont even wash the bike fully after servicing , they just wash it with water and thats it..!! No shampoo no cleaning even I can figure out the dust after so called washing the bike .Friends , I would definitely recommend you to NOT TO VISIT at this service centre for your bike services.Thanks.

Very difficult to find the service station. I couldnt find any hoarding with showroom name. The google map will take to the booking office location without its name. Its booking office is near to a icici ATM and next to a tyre shop. The service center is located inside the lane next to its booking office . Will update after my bike service.

There are few things which I would like to mention over here regarding the charges they apply1. The labour charges are 900 which is triple then the normal charges usually charge by most of the mechanics. Normal labour market charges of servicing a royal Enfield bike is 350.2. I have got a cost of 800 + labour charges to change my wheel baring which I got it change in just 200. The thing which I would like to mention over here is, wheel baring which I change is from the store of royal Enfield automobile distributor.The charges are immensely high in royal Enfield service centres.

Take your bike for servicing at your own risk. These guys will deceive you and damage your bike parts. I faced this issue twice. Once my rear view mirror was damaged, then main stand was damaged. No one will listen to you. The ultimate motive of this workshop is to grab more money from the customer

I went from Faridabad to Gurgaon just to get my Himalayan serviced as have had real bad experiences here in Faridabad. It was completely worth it, the staff is cooperative and dedicated, they checked the bike properly, serviced everything with proper procedures, very cooperatively heard out to my suggestions for the service and took care of everything.I definitely recommend people in Delhi NCR to go here to get there RE serviced.

Very Bad Experience. After my First service my started making sound from rear tyre & break. I come four times to repair but they are unable to locate the proper problem. Every time they just do some work and said that sound is gone but after few Kms The sound starts again. I’m trying to explain them but they are not able to repair that.

Not a Satisfactory Service Station. Although their Charge is less but the service providing is least. If you dont have Knowledge about motorcycle then they will return your bike without doing the service, just after cleaning it.

Wont recommend this service center for paid service. Moreover, this place doesnt a washing unit! Which was kinda shocking for me.

I had a great experience with Brawn automobile in the beginning but, after the previous manager Mr. Ranjit left the service has become pathetic and they are not updating the customer about the delays. Just making excuses that the bike will be repaired by tomorrow and that tomorrow never comes!!
