I went to Prosthetic Studio clinic for removing my front teeth gap and couldn’t have been more satisfied. I had 4 crowns and my smile looks completely new. I am a regular at dentist clinics and can say that her treatment and facilities were at par with doctors in Singapore and Dubai. The best dental treatment I have ever experienced. Came for an Implant and crown, no pain at all during and after the treatment. Dr Shagun is professional , courteous , honest and straightforward in her treatment plans which saves time and energy. She knows her job well. I recently got my RCT done here by Dr. Shagun and right from day 1 to last day, had best of experience not only in terms of treatment but also how doctor explained me about the complete process and advised me. On day of appointment I always gets a call back to confirm my appointment, and there is no waiting I have to do once I am clinic. Best part about doctor is, even if I was ready to get other teeth treated also, she advised that it is not required, which clearly tells me that she is true to her work and not after getting more money. In terms of Covid, they are taking full care to provide sanitized place and using all the latest & best products/tools to treat you.

I have recently shifted to new gurgaon and visited this clinic as this is quite nearby. I had to go through multiple RCTs and various visits were required. I have been going to this clinic for almost 3 months now and let me state it very clearly. After spending such hefty amount and have gone through lot of pain where something terribly went wrong and i had to take pain killers every 5 hours to subside the pain. Even after getting the crown done, I still have pain and trust me this doctor lacks experience and she has no clue of what needs to be done. She is highly dependent on some freelancers who have also done very shabby work as I still didnt get the solution for which i visited this clinic for the very first time.In Sapphire mall, you will have multiple dentist and I would sincerely request not to visit this clinic as its complete waste of time, money and effort.

Good experience. Painfree treatement. Felt very safe seeing the amount of care taken in sterilization. It was pleasnt to see that the doctor kept changing the PPE kit after every patient.
