My wife was admit in K K Health care clinic after her labour pain started. Dr. Poornima Kapoor attended and confirmed the situation.Soon after 30 min she was like in a hurry to operate my wife stating as your blood pressure is high, in this case we suggest for operation. I was shocked because everything was ok and as I had keep monitoring my wife and YouTube until the mother blood pressure will rise why the baby will push itself down for birth.However we agreed after all she was a doctor. Another shocking incident happened when they forced us to get discharge within 48hours of her operation, my child was not diagnosed by the child specialist even we did not no the babies blood group. After all these we returned home, my wife was having so much of pain, somehow we managed.After 2 days someone from my family asked, whether the baby is BCG VACCINED i replied know and came to know that before 24 hours of babies birth it should be done. Which the highly qualified doctors missed. By baby is suffering from jaundice because of the carelessness of the clinic doctors, baby was not monitored at all. I want to file a case against the doctors and healthcare clinic. Request everyone to share as much as you can.Requesting newly coming parents do not choose K K Healthcare clinic for your baby.My baby is suffering, not let yours.

I went for the chest X-ray yesterday. The X-ray room was so unhygenic even when the covid is on surge. The nurse gave me a dirty gown to wear which had holes in it. Post getting the X-ray done, I was told that they cannot share the Xray report, may be because of some technical issue. The person who performed my X-ray had zero knowledge of X-ray. Initially we were told that the person who will perform the X-ray would share the basic findings with us. I needed the report and the lady who was not even wearing the mask properly asked me to pick up the report by tomorrow. Its been over 30 hours and I havent received my X-ray report. Very poor service guys.

As the name suggest it is a hospital and it has emergency and non emergency services. You can visit here if you are sick.

Useless place. They have xray machine installed. Hence suggest xray to all patients. Even when it is not required. Moreover Dr. Prescribed very costly medicine. Which is available only at shop in their own hospital. Doctor Start writing medicine before listening symptoms.

No covid social distance is maintained there. People and even staff is not following the same. Doctors are only prescribing the medicines which are available there only. You will not get the medicines anywhere in gurgaon.Apart from that Being Well Pharmacy is there inside the clinic, which is selling the all the medicines on MRP. There is one lady who is running this Medicine shop, her behavior is totally rude, i told here to everyone is giving 5% without asking, she told- yha se mat lo fir.. aur khi se lo...No cleanliness is maintained there, going there in covid times is itself putting it in danger. Hope they will maintain atleast social distancing.

Quantity over quality, as soon as you start speaking they start writing medicines.. above this their prescribed medicines didnt help at all most of which were from manufacturer named syndicate life sciences. I approached two medical stores both advised they cant understand their writing, even if they understand those medicines wont be available here so better buy from the KK health centre only.

Went to dr Sanjays kapoor for knee pain got relief after 1 visit

K.k hospital is best hospital .Dr Poornima and Vijay are amazing who made my c section very easy .The nurses are very polite and gives you home like feeling.money is not priority but good service is their priority.love you Poornima mam.

DR vijay kapoor treated me for a wrong disease for 8 days he treated me for jaundice for 8 days simultaneously but infact it was Typhoid .These jholachapp doctors have no knowledge about any thing .They never ever touch the patients .They are just making profits by selling more and more medicines.I will thank the god that i have changed the hospital timely otherwise i will not able to write this review.Please change your hospital if u want to live otherwise you will no more.The 80 % medicines they gave to u is of no use but yeah it will damage your every body part inside the body.

Doesnt deserve even 1 star, my wife was pregnant and we started consulting with Poornima, she did everything wrong for 3 months, she did 3 ultra sound and she said all is well, however wife was having severe pains, then we decided to go for radiologist ultrasound and found that our babys skull bone never made, then Dr Geeta did MTP for that. In Gurgaon mostly doctors are after Money. Choose doc wisely they are playing with lives ,. PATHETIC AND POOR DOC POORNIMA ...SHE IS SOFT SPOKEN BUT DIDNT KNOW HER JOB. I want to give only two star bcoz my interaction with Dr. Poornima kapoor was really good but things which I dont like is -1. Very Small space for 3 doctor to sit and provide medical service.2. Poor management.3. Not enough seating space for patients, most of time most of people standing.4. No proper cleaning, ventilation and AC support.5. Prescribed medicine monopoly, doc is writing medicine which very very very costly and those are only available in there medical store, I tried outside from different locations across 10 medical shops but none of them able to provide their prescribed medicine.6. I believe most of tests and medicine are only for money making bcoz before visiting to this place, i were in Bangalore, Rajasthan and none doctor from these locations prescribed such costly and variety of medicine.

Very Pathetic Hospital for Orthopedic Services.My child got a fracture on his elbow. The Doctor (Sanjay Kapoor) did a wrong operation despite for the same he took 2 hours (which is generally maximum 45 minutes task). After a Week, we went for Re X-Ray (to assure whether everything went fine). He assured everything is fine.We were not satisfied and took an opinion again from different doctor. And then came a shocking picture that the operation he did a faulty one (his elbow will not get straight as doctor put the K Wire at wrong place).Very Pathetic hospital. Dont go for it for Ortho Related Treatments at least. Check the other options. He is a visiting doctor in other hospitals as well. So check before hand. Thanks!
