Basil Dental is located in new gurgaon and I found them via google search. Appointment was booked using a phone call.Consultation started with 4-5 mins waiting time with Dr Shilpi. After I described my issues related to sensitivity and dental pain, Dr explained me the reason and some possible habits of why these could happen. This was nice as there are many things which I ignored when taking about my teeth health.I went ahead for treatment that was accompanied by a fellow doctor. The ambience was comfortable and treatment lasted for close to 25 mins. They took my feedback at regular intervals. Later doctor explained me about certain other things that I need to take care, many of them I was unaware such as a water flosser which I have started using regularly to clean my teeth after every meal.The treatment was a quality dental treatment and I felt that I am being taken care of really well including the hygiene.Doctor was approachable after the treatment as well and guided well around my further questions. In all this was all I expecting and had a good experience.

A very caring dentist, I am from Agra and often visit Gurgaon due to my work. I was looking for a dentist and fortunately, I stay in sector 83 Gurgaon and found Dr Shilpi from Basil Dental Clinic in sector 82. I must say I was fortunate enough. She is super good and so confident about what needs to be done regarding the issue. I was suggested for a root canal treatment along with a crown. The root canal was completed in 1 visit and the procedure was painless. I am impressed by her fine working hand as I have undergone RCT before in Agra but I was not satisfied with the results. It has been very nice experience and the best treatment satisfaction (RCT and dental fillings).I was on a short trip to India and looking for the dentist to ensure my proper treatment on time. I was fortunate to visit the Dr. Shilpis Clinic. She just not clearly explained my tooth condition but also suggested the best approach considering my travel schedule, it includes - diagnosis, nature, risks & seriousness of the treatment and other treatment options.
