We unfortunately through Shiprocket started posting through Shadow Fax, and the same courrier has ROBBED my customers products twice... they have opened the box and ensured to Take ouT the product. They have also stopped delivering in time. They are usually a top option as they are cheaper... but please trust me that they are the worst experience any team can have... I have shiprocket to deactivate them from our account, but shiprocket is as worse as shadow fax...SHADOW FAX - the very fact that you have not even bothered to reply to any of the queries and reviews below is a testament of how useless a brand you are... NO INVESTOR should ever invest in you guys!!!

Shadow fax seems very difficult to connect. Ludhiana branch is not receiving calls, gurgaon warehouse not moving my consignment, no one responding to my email, customer care helpline not reachable. Facebook chat replied auto response which is of no use...... I dont know how this courier company is working and exists in todays world. Only God may help me to get my consignment......

One star is also too much for their services... I am a seller .. after many mails from them I thought to give it a try ... I created order and waited for three days for pickup but no one came... Daily I used to get message that this rider will pickup your shipment but neither he came nor he picked up the call.. as a result customer cancelled the order...

Fed up with the shadowfax courier service. Its been more than 7 days my Paytm malls product replacement request has not been picked up by this courier service. On asking Paytm about it, they are replying that they have created multiple escalation with the courier service, even then they are not responding/actioning.

This is not even worth one star! i dont care if diamonds are being sold for free. If shadowfax is to deliver, im not buying.Every time i see Shadowfax as a courier partner, i look for the products else where because i am not going to receive those in the first place.Forget about the staff being helpful, help is sought when people are available to speak to you.One insane disappointment is what it is!

Very bad performance, non cooperative staff. They never help u to get the details of vendor, they will stretch the problem until u lost ur money. They will give u false assurance and provide u wrong website and mailing address to be contacted. They did the same act with me. In future I will never ever recommend this courier service to my near and dear ones. U better buy the product from mayantra, snapdeal, limeroad. They will help u till u satisfied. On the day of pickup, nobody even attempted the pickup and rejected my return on remarks of PRODUCT WAS TAMPERED!! I complained to paytm and somehow managed to put the return request again.. Again, nobody came to pickup and it was updated as CUSTOMER UNAVAILABLE! These * are simply harassing their customers.. They are perfect example of FRAUDS OF ALL TIME!!
