Pathetic ! Shop to hop in. I think D.A.V shall outsource their books to some other vendor.Problems faced -1. Never picks up the call2. Unusual closing hours - After asking whether they will be open on weekends I found shop close on Sunday.3. Stock are never there4. Rude lady sitting thereMere unprofessional.
