The shop is good but always long queue at check out. They need to plan it better. To purchase 1 item you have to stand I queue for 20 mins. The store is well stacked. Management needs to improve to make it better.

Earlier it was good but for the last six month the articles of day to day requirement are not available in sector 10-A store Gurgoan . Why they are not maintaining it.

You will get almost everything. Even they are also providing fresh chicken , Pankaj fish, mutton. But brown egg are not good it seems fake. I purchased brown egg and boiled i keeps in refrigerator for one day after one day they become dark green from inside.

Easy day has a lot of things available which arent available in other places but at the same time it doesnt have aa lot of things. Dairy products are limited. You may also find some healthy nuts and seeds missing. The place is sometime unclean. The apples which I frequently buy are lot of times not very good quality and on top of that a lot of them are just rotten or have holes. If you are looking for utensils you might not find much here. If you go for a membership look for offers, it isnt worth buying the membership at full cost. You can always find some or other offer though on membership. Members get minimum 10% off on all products. There is shortage of stuff here as there are 3 billing counters and only two of them are open most of the times which results in long queues sometimes.

Normal grocery retail outlet. Opening time is 10Am to 8Pm. Open all days except public holidays.

They give Poor service and sell products more than mrp and after discount price of product are mire than mrp there staff behaviour is very poor and rude they are blameing me for this product purchase 3 days we are not give money back and poor packaging behaviour is poor. I suggest no one purchase grocery items from easy day.

There were large store nearby sector 11 Dav school.But It is closed now. Dont know why.Now I have to walk around 2 KM to be there also this place is not large enough.people stuck while other pouring thing into trolly and has to wait for clearance of line.It is very very congested.

Dont buy MANGOES from here.They are costly and stale.They even sent me a offer message but then refused that my name is not in register and called me after 4 days.WORST SERVICE EVER.i made there easyday card and it is of no use.

Cons: Limited range of products. Many items of common use are not available e.g. Coke 500ml bottle, Curd etc. Need to be cleaner. Should remove defective mini carts. Space crunch and ladders etc lying in your way makes it difficult to move around the store. Only one counter works at a time. So theres always queue. Things are not arranged properly. Also you have to carry your own bag. No functioning AC. Its popular here because it has monopoly as there no such store in this locality. It was very nice when it originally started but now its still popular despite so many areas for improvement (which are balantly ignored even after theyre pointed out) because its the only supermarket in the vicinity.Pros: Accepts credit card payments.

One of the Worst Easy Day in NCR . Out of 3 only 1 POS working and on that also the billing lady wants to try and sell memberships to the customer resulting in long Ques. The shopping trolleys and baskets are Old , Dirty & Broken . This Easy Day is Worst Than the Pados Ki Dukaan

Very bad experience today in easy day Sec 10A, there was smell of meat in every corner of the store, AC was not working, billing counter not managed, only two counter was there. Then we decided to came back without shopping.
