Its a lovely residential complex in sector 61, ha s got around ten towers, plenty of green area, basketball court, swimming pool,TT, gym etc. Maintenance and security is also good. Overall a good place to stay.

I have been staying in Pioneer Park for almost 2 years.The best part about the society is the thought the builder has put in construction which allows ample natural air and sunlight in all flats.All the gardens are very well maintained as well which gives a very nice feeling.

Pros - location of apartments, structure and size of flatsCons- hardly any amenities provided, lack of security, inadequate maintenance facilities provided by CBRE and on top of this, the maintenance rate is inr 3 per foot. It is like staying in a cooperative society with high maintenance charges.

A beautiful place to reside in, with all kinds of facilities including a grocery store inside, a swimming pool and lawns and parks for all residents. The area is widely spaced and a beautiful view of the city is to be found if one takes residence especially in the upper floors of the apartments.
