City court building. This is a view from sikanderpur metro station. This place has several offices. Hdfc bank is also there and one 24x7 convenience store available in this building. This place has restaurant like Biryani blues, Rollmall and some Chinese food joints. Over all a good place. This place also has a laxmi digital studio and LAL path labs. Parking available.

The market is good. But most of the shops are empty.. The reason is demand of crazy rentals these brokers have nothing to do but to make commission out of the higher rentals..Indeed the reason of this market being in a great location and not being able to produce anything..

This is the perfectly located place building. With Victorian design. The area has very high positivity in the building which boost your energy for work.

Their customer service is worst ever.they not solved problem of the customer on the same day , evenStock is available but they denied and say stock is not avaible right now ,sir you come on tomorrow .....Pls do not lie with customer .

This building is very uniquely built looks good. There is parking area too but what is lacking here is that there r very less outlets or offices. Most of the shops are closed and not running there is an outlet like 24*7 few offices and spa centres. Actually due to these spa centres people r not ready to work here i guess. Because i have seen many other places with such problems. But it is nicely built and located at prime area

A new mall which has just come up.Has more of offices rather than shopping area. Does also not have trendy food joints either. Is not a place where you can go and relax or go for an outing with your friends and family. It is located in a pretty conjusted place. It is located in Sikanderpur area.

Happy beer hunting place. We guys were hungry for beer nd this place proved to be the perfect spots. The restaurant to the side of the beer shop serves pretty amazing dishes. Must try.

I dont understand why this market is not fully occupied. Perfect place, Next to Metro station, Bang on M.G.Road, close to NH8 still almost vacant and very less crowded. Still well maintained and managed market. Might be Rentals are high.

Walking distance from sikandarpur metro. Nicely maintained area with clean lifts. I visited some office on the 9th floor and the view was pretty awesome.

The entrance was quite confusing and once inside the complex it becomes all the more confusing as the first few floors are dedicated to shops. I had a hard time locating the office I had to visit.
